Wow feeling. Goosebumps all the time. Urawa Reds' fans are awesome, chanting from the start until the end. Watched the crucial last game of the season where Urawa Reds tied Yokohama Marinos. Reds won the season title after this game.

Won 4-0 against Gamba, so the atmosphere was quite good.^^ A lot of things to do/eat around the stadium while I was waiting for the kickoff. I wouldn't take the bus next time, especially the bus back... Arriving by train is better, even though you have to walk a bit. If you aren't a real supporter and want to sit... More

Definitely a must visit if you're a football fan - state of the art stadium; definitely worth a half-day trip out to catch a local J1-League game. Home of the Urawa Red Diamonds since 2004, stadium was built in 2002 for the World Cup when Japan and Korea co-hosted the tournament. Very well maintained. Tickets are affordable - 2100 yen... More

5 goals in an exciting game. FC Tokyo up 2-0 at half time and Urawa Reds fought back for a 3-2 win. 2900 yen for unreserved seat behind the goal. FC Tokyo fans sang a version of "You'll Never Walk Alone" before the start. I was there 3 hours before the game, plenty of seating, food and beer vendors though... More

In May, I visited with my friend, a football match between Urawa Red Diamond and the FC Tokyo in Saitama Stadium 2002. It was an unforgettable beautiful experience. This was also the fact that our team of Saitama won with 4: 1 goals. Compared to the football stadiums in the Bundesliga there are no pyrotechnics, no violence and a visit... More

Beautiful stadium, and one of Japan's best. It has style, great views and good facilities. It scores highly in most areas as a place to watch football, so it's easier to list the minus points (none of which detract too much from the overall experience). Access. The train line only takes you so far, so it's a bit of a... More

Went to watch Urawa Reds vs Sendai game, it was a nice game ended with Urawa victory 3-1. Good ambience of the football fans , can totally feel the passion of the local fans and loyalty to their team. Basic facilities of the stadium are good too~

Amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately 0:0 but I had goose skin all over. Wish to come again. Japanese supporters are great.

Went to see the Urawa team vs FC Tokyo (local derby) well worth it, fantastic stadium for viewing , the Japanese are very animated when it comes to supporting their football team and the atmosphere was special. Impressive how they cleared the ground so quickly. If you've got time and are a football fan you must take 1/2 day to... More
