There really is nothing in the marina that makes it special although the area is interesting historically and the marina is just part of the total Yokohama waterfront.

It was really nice to stroll around the marina both in day time and at night which provided you with different atmospheres for comparison. The walk was peaceful and enjoyable for there were lots to see including high rise buildings, marine boats and leisure grounds.

Truly unforgettable experience coming here. Just take a look at my pictures to see how beautiful it was at night! Make sure you get different shots from different areas of Yokohama at different times of the day. It was very romantic and picturesque here.

The shops here are like factory outlets from imported brands, but some of them are still kinda pricey. It is large, open, and pleasant. The only catch is that this place can get crowded on the weekend, and you'd be hard-pressed with queues during lunchtime....More

The tree-lined promenade, an old steamer and the harbour line up to the huge ferris wheel are a great sight, and with a bit of fantasy, you can feel what Yokohama port was like half a century ago. You can relax with an ice-cream, or...More
