Highly recommend a walk along the lakeshore towards the Torii Gate and a visit to this beautiful shrine and temple complex set in a forest of mature Cedars.

Not so many things in Hakone, this one definetly needs to be seen. Iconic Landmark with the Tori in the water. I recommend taking the Hike along the lake to the shrine if possible.

A peaceful place to relax. Try drinking the water fountain, it is actually quite an experience since the people there actually drinks from the fountain. Cold, relaxing, a nice place to get away from it all.
