It was a fun experience. Definitely a must visit! If I haven’t seen many similar places for example the 7 hells of Beppu in Kyushu, I would’ve given this place 5.

It was an experience seeing all the sulphuric fumes and trying black eggs. Too bad the trekking there was closed during our visit.

It is the halfway point between Hakone Yumoto and Lake Ashi. A good place to view mount Fuji and try the onsen cooked eggs.
