I think all ride is open daily, EXCEPT some rides will close depends on weather (thunderstorm, etc). And you should visit weekdays, it's no brainer, on weekends the park is packed with local groups, it is the same with... More

There are several sites you can visit to buy Disney tickets. We used klook tto buy our Disney and other attraction tickets (robot restaurant). Beats standing in line!

Is that the little dumpling type things? If so, I believe that was at the main Disney Park and has been replaced by storm trooper ones. I don’t recall seeing any alien themed food at Disney Sea when I was there last month
