We went at the end of June which was good as the weather wasn't too hot and the park wasn't too crowded. There was no queue for tickets when we got there around an hour after opening time. We got fast passes for Journey to the Center of the Earth (immediate entrance and wasn't crowded) and Tower of Terror (we... More

We were only going to do one day at Disney in Tokyo so opted for DisneySea, based on some blog recommendations. I actually preferred Disneyland (which we updated our tickets for whilst at DisneySea as we had such a good day here), but I get that if you've been to Disney loads you may prefer DisneySea, as its pretty unique.... We preferred Disney Sea over Land I think because it feels less crowded although it's equally crowded. The water theme parade was fantastic! Needless to say, food and drinks are pretty expensive in both Sea and Land. Nonetheless, still a place to visit when you are in Tokyo.

Ok let's get the bad news out of the way. It's super crowded and on a not too busy day the lines were an average of 3 hours each. If you can get the fast passes early at 8 am do it otherwise just realize that you wil only be able to see a couple of the big attractions. It's... More

With Disney sea being the only one in the world I had high hopes for Disney sea but to my disappointment, it wasn't as fun and special as I had imagine. Rides are mediocre and lines took a minimum of 60-80 min. The attractions weren't special and I felt they should have had more sea related Disney characters besides just... More

Very good place for family holiday. Many kind of delicious snack. Especially green little dumpling. Can buy at mommy's biscotti bakery and near toy story mania.

One of the childhood dreams for everyone! Fantastic shows and excited games. Adorable souvenirs and friendly Disney staff. Tips is choose the most favorite facility and go for fast pass! You can save the time of queuing to watch the shows/parade.

Smaller than Disneyland next door but more fulfilling for teenagers and adults. Get your Toy Story Fast passes first thing. They had run out by 10.30am and we didn't want to wait 2 hours. Journey to the Center of the Earth is great but definitely over-hyped. 20,000 leagues has a shorter wait time but just as exciting. Make sure you... More

Just knowing that DisneySea is ONLY Tokyo is already a giveaway that it is a MUST when you visit Japan. My whole family had the time of our lives! We didn't bother with fast pass, though and still managed to get on the majority of the rides we liked...well, except for the journey to the centre. My personal favourite was... More
