I went there by a free hotel shuttle. The Mall was with a good variety of shops: clothes, drug stores, 100 yen Daiso, eateries...etc. Recommended.

Found lots of great sales here and good shopping. The liquor store has great prices, better than the airport duty free for some of the scotches.

Easiest way to go to Aeon Mall Narita is taking a bus from your hotels around the area. Most hotels offer a shuttle bus to the mall or if you stay near Keisei-Narita station you cam take ‘ the pink bus’ at row No.1 in front of the station. The fare is Yen 210 per person. The bus will drop you in front of the mall.

Please check time table at bus stop so you won’t miss the bus on the way back.

Aeon mall has many restaurants inside and around for you to choose. I would recommend the tempura restaurant opposite of Starbucks. For Sushi, please walk outside crossing the parking lot and turn left walking along the footpath passing the big boy restaurant then you will reach the fresh Sushi restaurant. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Mystay Narita and complimentary shuttle was provided. It was my 2nd visit since 2013.

We were there at 1 hr for last minute shopping. Mall has many restaurants, Muji, Pharmacy and a big supermarket for last minute shopping.

A good place for a layover if you happen to be in Narita. Mall was not crowded like in downtown Tokyo. Most shoppers were tourists.

Tax refund is done at level 1 within the sports outlet, near to the bus stop for hotel shuttle. Bring yr passport along for vat refunds for purchases more than 500y.

We had a good dinner at the nearby sushi outlet (100y) which is 5 mins away.

There were also few shops and restaurants nearby the mall and across the street.

A very busy mall. Several restaurants and nice shops. Medium priced stores nothing high end. Fun to go through but very crowded the day we went.

A shuttle bus away from most of the airport hotels, this is a useful place to stock up on food and other goodies before the flight home and to have a bite at the food court. Uniqlo is slightly outside of the mall but is walkable. Water fountains and charging stations are freely available at the food court. Its other attraction is its proximity to the 100 Yen conveyor belt sushi place - not the one in the mall but the one almost directly over the road from the mall.

We had a one night stay in a hotel close to Narita Airport and they provided a free transfer to AEON Mall. Before visiting this place i read a couple of its review here at TripAdvisor and people actually mentioned that this mall is more for a locals. Completely disagree! Great place for international visitors, wide selection of shops, including electronics, clothes, toys, souvenirs, food. Also i liked the wide range of restaurants/cafes from local ones to international cousine and even some fast food.

Will surely come back in future if have overnight in Narita.

If you have a 5+ hours layover during the day at Narita, this is a great place to visit for good eats and last minute shopping. There's a direct bus that cost 250 yen each way between the airport and the mall.
