京成幕張駅からほど近いところにある神社です。道路の拡張工事でこちらに移設されたので境内や拝殿は新しいです。鳥居の先に拝殿が二つ並んでいて、一つが秋葉神社でもう一つが昆陽神社です。昆陽神社はサツマイモの栽培で有名な青木昆陽を祀る神社で、このあたりの場所で栽培を始めたという事実をうかがい知ることができます。

徳川吉宗の命により、飢饉に備えるためサツマイモの品種改良などを主導した青木昆陽を祀る昆陽神社と古くからある秋葉神社です。
青木昆陽は、甘藷先生と親しまれたいたそうです。
場所は京成線京成幕張駅のすぐ前です。
神社の前には昆陽がサツマイモを栽培していたという狭いながら農場もあります。
こういった偉人を祀る場所があるのは良いことです。
すぐ脇には車が数台置けるスペースもありました。
青木昆陽は、甘藷先生と親しまれたいたそうです。

敷地内に２つの神社が並んであります。

何か特別なものがある訳では無いですが、キレイに掃除されており、ここまで駅が近いと、ふらっと立ち寄るのも良いと思いますよ。

京成幕張駅前の広い敷地に、2つ社が並んでいます。そのうち一方が秋葉神社、もう一方が昆陽神社です。社と鳥居の他は何も無いスペースが広く、シンプル過ぎてあまり神社らしくないかも。
昆陽神社の方は江戸時代にサツマイモの普及に貢献した学者・青木昆陽を顕彰するために創建されたものです。昆陽が実験的にサツマイモの栽培をした地は全部で3つあり、そのうちの1つがこの辺り。近くにはその記念碑もあるので併せて見てみるのも良いでしょう。但し、手前が施錠されており近くまでは行けません。

敷地内に秋葉神社と昆陽神社という2つの神社が並んでいます。
また、近くに青木昆陽が甘藷（さつま芋）の栽培を試した跡地があり、歴史を学ぶことができました。
ただ、跡地は門が施錠されており、中には入ることが出来ないので注意。
