The building was once a 'Pharmacy' but is now a look at the past as a typical merchant establishment now maintained as a museum. There are two floors including an exhibition room. Well worth the visit.

A modest entrance fee makes this worth visiting. The artisans tools were interesting. The view of the hall itself is lovely.

Once a pharmacy, the original exterior has been preserved and now houses a restored storefront as well as other traditional rooms. It also has exhibition rooms featuring various traditional merchants and their wares.

Across the street from Maeda Tosanokami-ke museum, ticket is for both places. Large variety of local items. Plus for me was you can take pictures. Worth the stop.
