Sakae is the Shopper's paradise in Nagoya, you can virtually buy anything you need and much more. There are also bunch of restaurants!!!!. You can easily spend a couple of hours walking, eating and visiting stores...

I ran into the underground shopping mall while looking for the subway entrance and was impressed. It is huge. Lots of shops and restaurants. I dropped into the Ginza Lion restaurant for a beer and ended up eating an Omu-rice lunch. Great busy place.

You are correct. The Meijo/Meiko Line Subway Line will take you to to Nagoyako Station and a short walk to the cruise terminal. If you planned on visiting the aquarium, try going early as it can gets crowded. Admission... More
