Great atmosphere if you sit on dragon's side. Ask for lyrics of those cheering songs, much more fun. Food was okay.

Nagoya Dome (ナゴヤドーム) is a baseball field, having a capacity of more than 45,000-seat. It is also home to the Chunichi Dragons baseball team and a venue for large concerts. The dome is located in quite a suburb, alighting at Meijo Line - Nagoya Dome Mae Yada station. We have actually walked there after our visit at the nearby Tokugawa... More

Great stadium, it's covered 100%, food is great, drinks are excellent, very easy to access from subway station, right next to a huge shopping centre.

We are not huge sports fans but our baseball experience at Nagoya Dome watching the Nagoya Dragons beat Seibu Lions was worth every single yen. The stadium is on the edge of town but easily accessed on the Meijo line - get off at Nagoya Dome Mae Yada station. The dome is adjacent to a huge Aeon shopping mall, so... More

As a baseball fanatic, watching the Dragons at the Nagoya Dome was an awesome and unique experience. The seats were pretty high up in the nose bleeds but the fans around us had songs for every batter. The food was pretty good for a sporting event and the constant trumpets/drums in the outfield made the experience even better. Don't speak... More

I've been to many ballparks, but Nagoya Dome is my only Japanese ballpark. The atmosphere is quite different than US baseball. The feeling in Nagoya Dome is quite synthetic, I would call it. The constantly banging drums from the outfield stands keeps the game lively. The concessions were good.

Would it be for baseball (Nagoya Dragons) or for attending any large touring show, Nagoya dome is just perfect! Easy to reach from downtown (12 minutes metro ride from Sakae, Meijo clockwise line). Access to the stadium itself is very well posted. The architecture of the building os tremendous. It's parking space is huge and also serves as a site... More
