About
Han Market’s ground level is where locals shop for fresh vegetables, seafood, and butchered meat in the early morning. There are also numerous fruit stalls set in front of the market, where you can purchase tropical fruits such as bananas, mangoes, durian, and jackfruit. Ideal as souvenirs for loved ones back home, make sure you stock up on prepacked chilli paste, Ly Son garlic, rice crackers, and dried squid, all of which are available on the same floor. Especially, that you can buy many products such as icons of Hoi An, Danang, Banahills and Golden Gates, ... There some shops are selling lovely ceramics and rattan bags with unique designs and good price. Thank you so much for visiting us.

when visit vietnam cities,i always go to their market,so last year when visited Da Nang in september,i went to Han Market to have a look.its location very close to Han river, that's why it called Han market.like every markets in vietnam, you can find many thing here, and can see daily life of locals.the upper level is where you can purchase home appliances, souvenirs, cosmetics, and fabrics. Some of Da Nang’s top tailors also set up shop in Han Market.on the ground floor, there are stalls selling fresh vegetables, seafood, and butchered meat in the early morning. There are also numerous fruit stalls set in front of the market, where you can purchase tropical fruits.its indoor food stalls are worth a try, also there are stalls selling snacks on the same floor, like nuts, dried fruits,biscuits...i bought two big cashew nuts in the plastic containers.the price is reasonable.of course after bargain, though a bit hard to get a good price.if i have time will come to explore it again.

Visit Han Market during your travels to Da Nang Vietnam you will get great experiences. Where you will have chance for shopping also you will see the local people shopping activities. Walking insides the market and from that you may know how about local living standard. But don't forget to buy some local product for your souvenir. Han Market is a significant landmark in Da Nang, having been in operation since the French occupancy in the 1940s. This local market is set within a two-storey building at the grand intersection of Tran Phu Street, Bach Dang Street, Hung Vuong Street and Tran Hung Dao Street, where you can find hundreds of stalls selling an array of local produce, handicrafts, T-shirts, and accessories. It’s very much like a miniature version of Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh City's , and even if you aren’t necessarily looking to buy anything it still offers a fascinating glimpse into local life in Da Nang. Because it is located next to the Han River so it is called Han Market.Han Market’s indoor food court offers just about any Vietnamese dish you can think of, from mi quang (Vietnamese turmeric noodles) and com tam (broken rice) to banh xeo (crispy pancake) and goi cuon (Vietnamese spring rolls), each of which should cost you no more than VND 30,000.From what I could tell, everything was cash only. You’ll see that throughout most places in Vietnam. If you need some cash, there is an ATM directly across the street from Han Da Nang Market. You’ll find a few more ATM’s in just about any direction from Han shopping mall DaNang.
Prices in Vietnam are generally very low when it came to shopping, food and getting around. So if you go to Vietnam for shopping then that’s well worth the trip. This happening market is apt for spending time for those who love to shop and are looking for a taste of the local life of Da Nang!

Han Market or Chợ Hàn locate in the center of Da Nang city. You can easily find specialities, dried food and souvernir here. But remember to bargain a bit. They also sell cute local clothes, bag. Sellers are very nice. If you don’t buy they won’t bother you.

If you want to buy cheap cheap gifts for family friends then this is your place. Merchants are pushy follow you, merchandise is crappy, they say they have tailors onsite you would not buy a good shirt here! We took s cab there and back across the bridge but yourself a beer and save time, who'd e tells you it's worth your time is not being truthful. I do not recommend.

U cant be visiting a new country without going to their market to see what the locals eat. This market sells mainly dry produce of Vietnam like the lotus seed and different types of nuts etc etc. On the first floor, one can get the local fabric and attire if you would like to bargain

The market has food products downstairs and clothing upstairs. We bought plastic fake Nike slides for 100k per pair and dri fit tshirts for 70k, a bit more for long sleeved ones. Bargain hard, start at 50% of their asking price esp if you’re there before noon. Most stores sell the same thing, so don’t be afraid to walk away and try a different store. Also their sizing can be a bit off so try before you buy! Men’s shirts are Asian sizing so you might need a much larger size. I turned the shirts inside out to check the stitching.

This is 2 stories of compact crazy shopping. I felt claustrophobic after 15 minutes. If you are up for crowds, tight spaces, bargaining... Go for it. Clothing and shoes mostly upstairs and foodstuffs downstairs

A covered market as there are so many in SE Asia. Great place to buy Vietnamese condiments and spices and to enjoy a phó among the locals. We didn't explore the upper floors (clothes and other garments).
Now, whoever complains about the smell, the constant bargaining, the general cleanliness or the local people attitude would be better off to stay away and head to Disneyland/Epcot center/LasVegas/their local Tesco.
