About
This theme park is a popular day trip from the coastal city of Da Nang, about a 45-minute drive. Start with a fantastic cable car ride, catching a brilliant sunset if you arrive here late afternoon. Once you’ve made your ascent, cross the Golden Bridge, held aloft by a giant pair of hands. There are many other attractions here—don’t miss the Linh Ung Pagoda and the giant Buddha statue. Check the weather forecast before booking your tickets, as even if conditions are relatively mild in Da Nang, it can be wet, windy, and foggy at the top in the colder months. – Tripadvisor

    Great experience, beautiful bridge.
Very great experience, everyone who comes to visit Vietnam needs to come here. Beautiful bridge and fun experience. The place is full of tourists, all the time what makes it a little bit less fun, and when i was there we were inside a cloud what made the view a little difficult. Rather than that i live that place so much

Cable car, bridge & Pagoda great
Was wet in the morning about halfway up the cable car ride we were into the clouds, still some great views. At the top spent most of the time inside in the morning due to rain and being clouded in. Theme park would be great if you are travelling with children, went on a couple of rides, not bad just a bit tame for our liking. It is massive with castles and all sorts of themes, shame it was so wet with poor visibility outside, there was a massive roller coaster outside but not operating that day due to the poor weather Had lunch in the restaurant ( included in ticket price ). As far as theme park food goes this was actually ok, had a lot worse at some of the bigger named theme parks. Not restaurant quality but tasty and fresh. A breeze came though and mostly cleared the clouds and no rain after lunch The highlights for us were the bridge and pagoda area, views are amazing, immaculate gardens, lots of statues and the giant Buddha, then great views going back down the cable car Well worth a visit even if your not into theme parks

    Amazing place
We visited as a couple. This place is amazing value for money, I would highly recommend to visit if you are in Vietnam. It's like a fairy tail place with much to see and experience. The cable car itself is amazing and the atmosphere around the park is fantastic.

    What a surprise
This place is difficult to review. All that we knew is that the bridge with the hands is there. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that there is more to this place then a special bridge. The idea of a theme park on top of a mountain is crazy but awesome. You can have a whole day of fun here and maybe a second day. Excellent restaurants and entertainment. Definitely worth a visit.

    Wouldn’t do again
Honestly, we didn’t not enjoy our time here but it definitely could be missed. There wasn’t many options for rides and there wasn’t much going on throughout it. The bridge was great but none of it blew your mind. No regrets but not the greatest use of time and money in Vietnam. We did however get a live drawing done which was EXCEPTIONAL!!

    Ba Na Hills experience
From the base where the cable cars start it is impossible to judge the weather up there. When we started weather was pretty normal at the base. Half the way on our cable car, fog started. When we reached at the top, it was cold, windy and raining heavily. It was very difficult to move around without a guide, even if you are holding a map. Again the same experience we had while returning back by cable car, started in a fog and after half the way it became clear. When we reached base, it was again normal. Entire trip was quite expensive including reaching there and return by Grab taxi.

This is one of the must visit Places if in DaNang. You need a full 8 hrs to explore the place fully so try to be there early by around 9 AM. In case it is raining then the place gets very foggy and you will be drenched so take appropriate rain coats / Umbrellas as the weather changes there frequently. Overall Ok place to visit with Family, but was a bit over-hyped & Expensive.

This place is out if this world. Like you are in the clouds. It is amazing. The hands of god bridge is so cool. And the park is amazing too. But if you do come pack a light jumper, also see the golden hand bridge when you leave .

Overhyped place. Bridge looks amazing depending on the weather.
If you want to go and just see the bridge, I do not recommend you to book a tour. It can be a bit expensive. It’s cheaper to get a grab and purchase the tickets there yourself. Cable car view is breathtaking. Bridge looks amazing but can be very crowded. Visibility depends on the weather. Best time is probably summer. I went there on winter time and we couldn’t see the bridge. If you have been to Disneyland, Europe or universal studios or are capable of doing so, I recommend you skip this theme park as you might feel it is just a rip off or fake imitation. But I’d recommend it to people who haven’t been or don’t have the budget to go to the places stated above. I do appreciate the effort they put into it, the place is huge! Wow! Still amazing architecture though some rides are literally for kids. Make sure to travel there on a full stomach and bring some battles of water. It’s pricey on top. I do hope someday there will be cheaper tour options for adults or teens who aren’t interested in kid rides and just want to see and take a photo for their instagram tbh…

Sadly, quite a let down. The Golden Hand Bridge and Cable car ride make it justifiable to spend the 750,000d per person but the whole trip certainly
Isn’t worth it. There is a lot of construction that takes away from the beautiful Mountain View, and the large amount of rude tourists don’t help either. The arcade was free but lackluster, and the lunch options are abysmal. We chose the Beer Hall (255,000d for a buffet) but we chose wrong. The only edible things were the fruit, juice, and a handful of the small desserts. Overall a waste of time and money if it weren’t for the pictures.

Easy to get from Da nang by motorbike. The ride is nothing special but only at close to the end. I was not asked money for parking.

Place itself is..well I've never been to Disneyland but this is as close as I've gotten I would guess.
You need to buy a pretty steep 750k VND ticket to enter the theme park in the mountains which you'll get to by the way of +5km long cable car (or series of them) which will give you really nice views over the landscape.
Once at the stop.. You'll find a french style village/replica mini city with Notre dame and the whole works as well as gardens, pagodas, teahouses and temples.
Underneath the french village is something of a fun park mostly for kids and younger folks..3 stories of it.. Containing rides as well as arcade style stuff.
Everywhere at the top there is food and drinks with inflated prices so snack up beforehand if you're stingy like that.

Golden bridge is fairly crowded with people posing and waiting for their time to get the perfect pic. Might want to come really early to avoid dodging selfie sticks. At the bottom take the cable car from "Hoi An station" and you'll get to the bridge.

All in all the park is fairly impressive considering the location. Also what makes it special is the mist that rises in the mountains occasionally + the magnificent views from different parts of the park.

You can easily kill 4-6hrs on this trip and longer if you want to drinks and dine properly. Seems to be popular with families with kids.

The total experience was actually terrible, but because it was partly our fault for not checking into the "attraction" in more detail before going all the way out there from Da Nang, we are being fair and rating it "Average." Basically, Ba Na Hills was simply an amusement park...and not a great one at that. Our bad, but we were expecting a stunning, natural attraction. We paid the $30+ USD per person entry fee and made the best of a bad situation. At least we got lots of steps walking through some of the gardens and even paid for over-priced wine in their "ancient" wine cellar. What a disappointment and wasted afternoon.

Not quite sure how to review this location I have mixed opinions.

The cable car! If you hate them this is not a trip for you the first section of the cable car from the base to the golden hands bridge, wine cellar, flower gardens is 20 minutes long which when the fog is so thick is rather eery as you can't see a thing up the mountain. The second leg is around 5 minutes up to the French village.

The Golden hands bridge is not a big as some media makes out but none the less a fantastic piece of art / architecture. Unfortunatly for us the fog was that thick there was no view to be seen unlucky for us.

The gardens are beautiful and full of colour and sculptures to meander through would be lovely in the sunshine.

The wine cellar is a tad odd but the wine is tasty (at a cost).

On the 2nd stage of the mountain you wi find the French village a reconstruction of French style buildings and architecture. There is lots of restaurants and cafes which again the sun would be a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the location. On this level there is also multiple pagodas and a temples up many steps (wheelchair access or anybody who struggles walking this isn't really the activity for you unfortunatly).

The strangest part to this whole place is fantasy land a strange 3 floor vukdong with unlocked and locked amusement arcade games and some rides for the kids but it really doesn't fit with the rest of the mountain activities but hey I guess it will keep the kids happy when they are moaning about how much you made them walk.

The overall attraction is quite rundown in areas I know we weren't in peak season but so much was closed and under refurbishment it was quite dissapointing.

Overall a good thing to visit when in Da Nang but I'd try and make sure you go in decent weather otherwise you lose all the views which are the main focal point.

We were there on a foggy day. At the ticket booth they warned us the weather was "bad up there" and asked if we still wanted to go. We asked if all the attractions were open and i specifically asked about the alpine coaster, to which they replied "yes". They give you a map and that is not accurate regarding what is already built and what is not (perhaps it will be accurate in a near future...).
When we started going up we noticed right away some cable car lines were not working "due to bad weather". Also, when we finally got up there we noticed none of the coasters were open - we found out later that they are closed during all winter. The french village replica is just weird - nothing to see or do but overpriced cafes and what seemed to be empty hotels. The indoor attractions are only fun if you have never been at any fun fair at all and some of the games have a fee.

Despite the fog, the cable car and the golden bridge are amazing.

I would have saved my money if i had been correctly informed in the ticket booth.

We went up to Ba na Hills a week ago, this place is hard to describe, a reproduction French town as a reproduction goes it its extremely well done, on top of a underground theme park.
we were luck to have a fantastic clear day for the cable car ride.
We were a little confused on buying our tickets, went to the hotel for a price and then found a small travel service prices around the same. We thought being a small travel service we would have a private car or small tour group, but I'm pretty sure that most of these company sell on tickets to bigger tour companies. Our tour had around 30 people in a small bus but the trip is not long from Danang. We included Buffet it was ok, but on reflection we would have hired a private car and bought just our tickets, as there is plenty of good food and drink options. Beautiful gardens with plently to see and do, had so much fun at the theme park. If in Hoi an or Da nang I would recommend going. Cant say what is would be like if its was busy It was quiet due to corona virus which was a bonus.

I had a wonderful time at Bana Hills trip. I bought a online ticket via Klook platform which is working very well and convenience. Once you arrived the main entry at parking simply walk to inside until you see the ticket check point. The staff will ask you the ticket and ask your nationality. You can show your online barcode from your email. (Klook will send you email) then you will walk through the escalator up to Cable car station. You can learn from the map ether online or the handy map on site.

I travel with my partner during Valentine's season. The weather is very fresh and cool in the morning. (25-28 C degree) and will tent to be warmer in the late afternoon (around 30 C degree)

Bana Hills has a very large scale, but don't worry there are so many staffs on site. But a few can speak English.

During visit the flower garden, I accidentally dropped my phone on the bushes. and I thought that I lost it. So I ask some staff at Hotdog counter for help to contact to Lost & Found department. The gentlemen who help me is kind enough to call to my number and help to co-ordinate with Security on site. During investigation, I found that the Security cannot speak English. which is understandable but could improve more on customer service. Big Thanks to the gentlemen who help me and lady name Ms. Nguyen Thi Tinh for help me translate English and co-ordinate with Security. However, I did found my phone as I has sense that my phone are still in somewhere as it's still on. Finally I decided to go back to where I dropped my phone and yes it still there. very happy !

In my opinion, They should add more CCTV in some majorly points.

The staffs are very integrity as I want to give some gratitude cash, but they all rejected me which is very show professional service term.

On site has free WiFi. which is working well too.

I believe that most reviews I red before going there are written by people who never visited the place. There is nothing left from the time, when French people build their resort there. Everything is newly constructed after 2000 and the quality is so pure, that you can already notice it. The disrespect of the company who manages the resort to the surrounding nature is horrible, garbage is thrown down to the bush. Hiking? No way, guards will let you slip away from amusement park or restaurants. It is expensive and wedding pictures are taken there to demonstrate the social situation of Vietnamese people. I guess it works for Korean or Chinese people who can tell the difference between real medieval french city and this amusement park. They can taste the feel of Europe for $100 trip to the hill. For someone from Europe this is just a huge fake. The only positive thing is the outlook, however you must be lucky to get there on a sunny day.

Did not expect to see a remade old French village. The gondola rides were fantastic and worth the 750000 dong the day cost. It did feel as if an opportunity has gone begging as the whole of the village was an opportunity to sell food or souvenirs and didn't utilise the facility they have created

We travelled to BA Na Hills from Hoi An by private car, our driver waited for us while we visited. It was an overcast cloudy day with rain forecast for later. There were not many people there, probably due to the potential problems with the Covid 19 virus. Even in the misty skies the cable car ride is quite special, there are great views, which would be even better on a clear day. The Golden Bridge at the first stop was not too crowded, but there we still those who spent far too long trying to get the perfect pose for their partner to photograph, they don’t realise how much they spoil it for the majority. The ‘tulip’ display was different and unexpected. We then took the second cable car to the ‘French’ village, more a collection of buildings containing restaurants, not quite the real thing! The area at the very top with the pagoda was quite interesting, probably one of the best areas in the whole site. Most of the other cable cars weren’t running due to maintenance. Our journey back down was eerily different being shrouded in the thick mist. I wouldn’t put on my list of must do places but if you have some spare time and want a rest from ‘temple’ bashing, it’s worth a try, although it’s not cheap!
