Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The show starts at 4:30 daily and goes on for about 70minutes with various dances songs performed. The dancers I should say are very talented. The hall even though looks old the acts were refreshing. It’s a nice way to spend a evening watching the show which depicts the Vietnamese culture. The acrobats did take our breath away as some acts were unbelievable considering there was no safety net. Would recommend to visit if one had a free afternoon in Da nang.

Be ready to be “wowed” by this incredible 70 minute show! The costumes and sets are incredible. The backdrop of the set had scenes from various famous local attractions. Adding to the set is the liberal use of theatre fog, beautiful lights and a bubbling fountain display. The aerial show was perhaps the single most stunning presentation. The music was quite good as well. Even those people who think they don’t care for dance shows will find this one very engaging. Sorry for lack of photos but none are to be taken during the show though many people sneaked them.

I think this show is presented almost every night. We had the desk at our hotel book for us. As we booked very late in the day we had to arrange our own transport ( which is easy) but if you book earlier I think they will come to pick you up. We paid about$35 USD per person . I’ve seen shows in Las Vegas at three times the price that were no better than this!

Personally I am glad that I went I this show, it was very culturally educational and it was very entertaining. The costumes are beautiful (see photo), the dancers are extremely talented as are the singers and the choreography was professional. However the lighting was just ok, and the theatre and sound was also just ok. Though I encourage people to go this show and support local acts like this, please don't expect commercial level entertainment for 800,000 vnd in the middle of da nang.
I do believe this would be one if not the largest Vietnamese production of their cultural dance, so if you want to see some of vietnams beautiful dance culture, this is the place to see it.
I do think it is more suited to a mature audience who is not on a strict backpackers budget.
Hope that helps others who were as uncertain as I was looking solely at the billboard poster.

This 70 minutes beautifully narrated choreographed and performed in chapters one of its kind show unfolds in wonderful harmony the Vietnamese charm,in a semi cultural semi top notch visual delight!
Many of the visitors to Danang rely to get impressions from the natural beauty Danang offers and the landmark historical and spiritual sites but this show places the visitor in the main frame of Vietnamesr culture and takes you to various Seasons Eras and sub cultures.
Though conservatively choreographed syncronization is at its best the aesthetics infuse graciousness and transmit feelings of the adorn for the sea the mountains and the diverse landscape of Central Vietnam.
The costumes are carefully designed creating a mosaic of colors and leaving the audience in euphoria sealing that Vietnam has a very unique artistic approach to beauty.
The music is a medley of traditional and new age to an extend sounds.
The ocassional surprises on stage ensure overwhelming applauds from the audience.
All performers "live"the performance.
Great continuity throughout with no repition in the set.
Surprisingly the audience were international Asian visitors who certainly can easily immerse on the show.
Charming Danang is not heavily advertised but will make a great outing followed by a late dinner.Indeed the best well kept secret..Follow them on Facebook.
Bravo Danang!!

An entertaining show on the history and culture of Vietnam. Good for tourists to watch this. There's also an opportunity to be photographed with the actors.

I enjoyed the show but felt it was a bit expensive for 1 hour. We were charged 400 000 dong per person. Korean tour groups were flowing in late and leaving early. We were charged 30 000 dong for small water, possible that we just got scammed. Will stick to Thailand in the future.

It's a decent show. But comparing to the Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas (there are several some have more acrobatic actions than others) is like comparing apples and oranges. Vegas has more finesse.

The one here in Charming Danang was good but not the best.

As for the rest of show: the costume, choreography etc etc I've seen similar in different parts of the world. Nice but not spectacular. At 800,000 VND, high for locals, reasonable for western tourists.
