Look if your from overseas this is a chance to get a few items you might want but it's not a tourist attraction by any stretch of the imagination

My family and I often come here on weekends to buy some household items and food. There are many products available for everyone. I especially appreciate yogurt products and cosmetics. This is also a place where many tourists come to buy souvenirs or give to relatives. A worthwhile place to visit for visiting Danang city

It’s okay but not great for shopping more a hub for teenagers to gather and eat food. Lots of empty shops.

It is one of the best place for visitors to try to local favour there. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is good. It is recommended for visitors to shop there for local food and fruits as the prices are fixed (you need to bargain outside the street). We went there on the first day in Da Nang so that we have sufficient necessities for the rest of the day. It is also close to Han market about 15 walking distance.

Plenty of items, prices are marked and fair so you know in advance unlike street markets like Con etc...and not sure why anyone would expect them to speak English. It's Vietnam so bring your phone and use translate cause you are a visitor. They do indeed take Credit Cards if you have a normal one. What they don't have is an express line and it's a busy store. Cashiers do a decent job but beware you pay the price that's marked cause just like anywhere in the world they mess up.

Despite its great variety of goods across its four stories mall, the staff are almost unable to communicate in English. It’s unimaginable is that such a vast store does not accept any credit card. Also, when we ask for tax refund, the lady serving us just kept on saying “tomorrow”, her assistant next to her giggled at us, making us very uncomfortable. Overall, it is a poor shopping experience.

When I visit a new city, I love going to markets and supermarkets, to see and buy souvenir for friends and fam. Big C here was perfect, we got so much snacks, coffee, fresh fruits and dried ones, all good. My faves were pamelo and dried mango. Vietnamese coffee was great too. Durian was slacking though, costly and not creamy enough. Big C is my go to for food supply.

We wanted to buy teas and so on for souvenirs for ourselves and for our friends. They sold many kinds of seasonings, teas, fresh food, groceries and so on. Items were good! Sorry to say, there were few Chinese seasoning. But I bought 6 bottles of fish sauce, local tea in Vietnam, coconut cookies and so on.

There was a food and drink stand near entrance. We ordered che-drink and other sweet drink. The che-drink with cooked green beans was so nice!! And fried sweet bread was tasty, too. We wanted to revisit but it was sorry that we had no chance to revisit. Next time we will go to Da Nang, we are sure to revisit here!

Went there to buy pho instant noodles, ginger tea and coffee. It was crowded with locals and tourists. Taxi stand is just outside the mall or you can use Grab to book a car. Very convenient.
But the staff can’t speak English there.

Went to Vin Trung Plaza mainly for Big C supermart - seems like a favourite amongst locals (saw a few ladies buying a trolley full of baguettes likely for their banh mi stalls????)
- Definitely cheaper prices as compared to Han Market and Lotte Supermart (a bottle of chilli sauce cost 8.5K vs 30K vs 13K respectively, 8.5K being Big C)
- Has touristy souvenirs but smaller selection as compared to Lotte Mart
- Goods are generally cheaper, but selection of higher valued goods (e.g. local brands chocolate, instant noodles) is smaller
- Also sells clothings, kitchenware and home goods
- They provide plastic bags for your shopping but bring reusable bags for sustainability!
- They will also get you to leave your large bags in the locker outside, only small purses allowed inside Big C

For food, has a very mini sandwich bar with limited selection but good enough for a bite. Also has a juice bar (with sugarcane juice at 8K VND).

Has KFC, lotteria and highlands coffee but nothing too outstanding. You'll probably stand a better chance finding food outside Vin Trung Plaza.

Also, Con market is just across the street!
