Shop 52 inside the markets of Hoi An are absolutely amazing. Clothes fit perfectly, able to recreate clothes from an image. The staff are very welcoming and friendly prices are more then reasonable. Clothes are ready in timeframe given with no issues

While staying in Hoi An we met Alex who works for Shop 52. He told us that if we wanted clothes made to come to his shop. We decided it would be fun, so got some clothes made. We were happy with the product, my partner got 3 shirts made, and I got 2 dresses. His shirts were very good price, my dresses were similar price to Australian prices (~$50 a dress) but it’s nice to have a dress fitted exactly to you, and unique! One of my dresses had to be adjusted 3 times but the ladies were very helpful and I was able to get my dress back in 3 days even with all of the modifications, which I thought was very quick! My other dress only 1 day because it fit perfectly!
Alex went above and beyond for us even when there was no benefit for him - he called us taxis when we ran into him on the streets, recommended good restaurants, etc! Thanks guys we will be back!

The team at shop 52 were very friendly and extremely patient whilst I mulled over what items I wanted to purchase and in what fabric (I am very indecisive and this was my first time having clothes made). I settled with 4 women’s suits and 4 men’s button up shirts and I am very happy with how they turned out. The turn around time is very impressive and they were happy to make alterations if the items weren’t a perfect fit but mine all were perfect. I will definitely be back and would recommend people to pay the, a visit if they’re in Hoi An!

We purchased a blue suit (with free tailored shirt!) and a dress and a shirt (both for a woman). We were delighted with the outcome of all three items and were especially impressed by the speed at which the items were ready. The sales assistants and shop workers were all very friendly and thorough and were always willing to go further in order to ensure we had the best possible experience. We were reccomended this tailor by our travel company Audley, and we were not disappointed. We would certainly encourage all visitors to Hoi An to visit this establishment if they are looking to obtain high quality custom made clothes at a fraction of the usual Western price.

I was truly looking forward all trip to getting clothes tailored for my specifications. Although we spent some time planning my items and I concede I took on the tailors advice her being the expert there was unfortunate problems with items. Work pants were to short & there was no extra material allowed to take them down, material is nice though. Also wanted tops with splits at sides. For some reason they made alternative suggestions but I know this style works for my body shape, material,feel of silk lovely though. Also took pic of dress style I wanted. What I ended up with was completely different and I cannot wear. I had 2 nights in Hoi An.. Need to allow time from when ordering then alterations then more alterations. Was a quick turnaround of delivery but unfortunately didn't get what I originally wanted so suggest don't always listen to the dressmakers advice as you won't be happy with goods when u get home and this experience wasn't cheap.

Go see Na she is the best at making sure your clothes fit.
She knows exactly what suits you and measures perfectly to ensure the best fit.
I ordered a top, a jumpsuit, a dress and a lace vest - all fit perfectly.
My friend also ordered clothes and always has issues getting clothes that fit - one dress needed a slight alteration and Na had it done in less than an hour.
She bargains hard but is very fair and trustworthy.

After looking at all the reviews I went to this tailor. Don't know why but was treated with total disrespect by the woman I presume owns the place. After inquiring about prices for 5 shirts i decided to rather go elsewhere. Better service and half the price in the end! So i suppose the bad service was actually a blessing!

My husband needed a new suit and went to Na at No. 52 Cloth shop inside the market.
Na was very professional, and had a large selection of quality fabrics.
My husband received his suit the next day- perfectly tailored and double stitched.
Thank you so much Na for the beautiful suit- we recommend anyone staying in Hoi An to visit Na's shop and get some items made!

Our homestay hostess brought us to Sun Tailors. I had two traditional Vietnamese Ao Dai (tunic and trousers) made, one long sleeved in silk and one sleeveless in cotton, plus two pairs of simple cotton harem pants . Sun fabrics and tailoring are superb and the sales assistant, Phuong (?), is extremely savvy. Sun Tailors accomplished the entire job, from deciding on styles and fabrics to fitting to finished garments, in 24 hours! Price is extremely reasonable.
There are hundreds of tailors in Hoi An offering the same type of service. However it is impossible to imagine that there are many, if any, offering the same impeccable quality in fabrics, tailoring, and consultation as Sun. My husband, who is an excellent custom clothing maker himself, says the measuring, cutting, and sewing is superb. If you're in the market for Hoi An custom tailoring consider no other establishment than Sun!

Recommended by our guide, otherwise where do you begin with limited time! We ordered a gentleman's suit and two linen dresses. We had a fittings and all done within 24 hours. Excellent service and quality with lovely girls and Tom Tom who looked after us. We were happy with our price.
