Located at Al Taawun Road, the spot is a lovely pick to walk around on ay idyllic evening. I especially found few food joints and cafes around this spot that relaxed me after long work meeting when at Sharjah. Technically, this is a walking area around a narrow canal but I was pleasantly surprised as to how such a humble... More

Qasba is a pleasant stretch of walkways on both sides of a narrow canal. There are plenty of small and big places to grab a bit to eat/ something to drink. The outdoor seating by the canal is pleasant in the evenings. The Eye of the Emirates is at one end of the canal, and lots of amusement rides for... More

Al Qasba is the best place for me when i am in Sharjah. This is the place where life flows slow. Basically, there are not that many things you can do there, mostly place with great variety of food choices, but this is the place where you can sit, have nice shisha in nice weather, good selection of sea food,... What you can say about "Al Qasba" it is the marvelous mix between the Tradition & Modern life style. While you are there you can enjoy the relaxing feeling acroos the water canal and enjoy the the Islamic design of its building. As well as the variety of resturants and cafees and ofcourse children playgrounds make it the perfect place... More

The place is very nice and amazing. I went there with my wife and kids; we enjoyed the emirates eye, the boat tour and the shops there. Very beautiful place to enjoy an evening and have a nice dinner.
