This place is just so comfortable and so lovely. Its has a true turkish feel. So many locals sitting on the grass drinking their beers and walking their dogs. You have many restaurants to chose from and it doesnt get overcrowded and loud

We visited on 9/9 the anniversary of liberation from Greece and it was party time. 1000 meter long flag held up by thousands with music, singing and parades. Food available everywhere and awesome. Mainly locals.

It's the place to enjoy a nice sunset! Have a drink and food with you and find a spot to enjoy the view of the bay. Many locals come at evening for the view.

This one mile stretch along the waterfront starts getting busy around 6 pm and the final party animals go home at dawn when the sprinklers come on! Lots of restaurants/bars/cafes many with live music. Recommended by locals and tourists alike.

Kordonboyu is one of the most exquisite waterfront areas of Turkey. It promises an exceptional atmosphere to lie down onto grass and chill alongside various restaurants / bars. A true gem of the western side of Turkey.

I recommend you to take a walk in Kordon boyu in the evening. Great for children as there is also a play ground close to harbour.
