This Pazar is one of the best in Izmir. You can taste the foods while picking them and eat gozleme. You can find everything here! It also attract tourists so there will be Turkish things for sale. The only problem could be hat it is always crowded and finding a place to park is VERY difficult. Coming with taxi is... More

This famous bazaar is in operation only on Wednesdays. We started our tour from the side where clothing and household items are sold. The second section is full of vegetables, fruit that are in season, nuts, pickles and fresh herbs. The last section is reserved for cheese and seafood. Many varieties of cheese from different parts of Turkey can be... More

Bostanli Pazaar- weekly local markets with everything and anything you could ever imagine! Sights and sounds of daily life in Turkey. From fruits and veggies to knock-off clothes and kitchen items. It's a crazy must-do activity.

Amazing cheese and produce. Huge textile section. Where Turks from the surrounding area seem to do their shopping. Gözleme is really delicious too!

Locals consider this the best market in the area. Some vendors with shops downtown bring their goods here on Wednesdays. Beautiful produce, clothing purses, shoes, linens ... All in one crowded place! Every Wednesday, be sure to bring cash, cay and gozleme just outside.

The Bostanlı pazar is one of the largest weekly bazaars that I have been to. It has good variety - you can buy everything from fresh produce to pajamas to parakeets. Some of the items that you see are priced about the same as what you would get from a local market, but other items, such as shawls and women... More

If in Izmir on a Wednesday you should take in this truly authentic local market. It is teaming with the best farm vegetables, eggs, cheeses, fresh baked bread, fish, olives and so much more. Have a hand made gozleme cooked to order right in front of you. Tea runners are at every turn. And the most wonderful part of the... More
