Good open air shopping centre, selling to locals and tourists. Items being sold appear to be much better quality than the tourist shops downtown.
Prices are fixed and displayed. A good range of shops as well as places to eat. Also supermarket selling at low prices.
Appeared to be an area for kids with a few rides, bowling, maybe a cinema??
Easily accessed by taxi, a gentle half day, or could be done in a couple of hours.

Fab shopping centre. AVM. Lots of choice of shops, great selection, good prices, open air, nice food outlets, always get some bargains. Short stroll from beach, on way back to hotel. Short taxi ride back to ladies beach.

Recommended for shopping food and coffee. At high season between june and the october you may wait at the queues for everything for long times. a bit hard to find a parking spot even it has larger carparks. Consider this before you plan to come here. Kofteci yusuf is the best price performance place to eat. Prices at shops are fair enough compared to locals

Good shops and easy access from both soke and kusadasi,
bunch of market but not so good in the noon or very hot days
my skin was burnt and the sun is really boiled me up
but anyway some good turkish brand for clothes available there and you can take a rest at small cafe there.

I have been here with my foreigner friends. People can speak in english, thats a good point. There are more than 20 brands. And there are places for food as well.
Just one bad side- if you dont speak in turkish and wanna have a drink in small cafes(especially the cafe which exists in the middle) you may end your day with an unfair bill. So tourists should prefer big cafes or restaurants such as Köfteci Yusuf, Kahve Deryası.

Call here every month for a browse around the many outlets and to savour the delights of one of the restaurants/cafes.
We always find a bargain or three. Overall a lovely place to visit.

Hi we have purchased a lot of good quality Fake clothes in Kusadasi you can get real bargains if you barter. They will start with high prices i usually offer half of what they ask and take it from there just try and see how good you are.

I went with my mum as we are both shopaholics and this place did not disappoint. Numerous shops and restaurants to look around where you are not being grabbed at or pressured into going in. Browsing undisturbed is very much allowed! It is clean, easy to get to and and oasis for those in need of retail therapy. I would suggest allowing at least three hours to get round with the odd coffee break here and there.

This shopping centre seems to get bigger everytime we visit. Most units are full, if not all of them. A bit like a tardis, a lot bigger than it appears from the entrance. All public areas are kept immaculately, as are the restrooms. Best public facilities in Kusadasi by far. Large selection of shops to suit all tastes. Complimented by a great choice of restaurants and cafes.

Strolled around here many times since it opened. Most locations are now occupied. You can get some real bargains here, if you hunt around. The layout is really nice. Build on a circular design. Really modern and pleasing to the eye. Really good bonus are the food and drink outlets, there are numerous. Spoilt for choice.
Only drawback, it's 15 mins on a dolmus.

Yes you can. It is like any other shopping centre. It is not a bazaar. It is an outlet site. There is no hassle whatsoever.
