About
The Lower Duden Waterfalls is a spectacular cascade that occurs as the Duden River spills off the Antalya City cliffs into the sea. To view the falls from above, stroll along Duden Park—where you can also lounge on the grass or grab something to eat in one of the cafes at the observation deck. The falls can be reached by public bus from the center of Antalya. You can also join boat tours departing from the marina in Kaleici. Visit during spring or summer as that's when you can get close to the waterfall with the boat.

- Naveed A22 contributionsA true wonder of natureUnlike Upper Duden waterfall, this lower waterfall is a part of a massive park. When you enter the park, it is all gravelled and as far as I am aware if you are on foot you are not required to pay a fee. However, if you are in a car, you will have to pay 50 TLS. - Anna HarrisonUnited Arab Emirates24 contributionsAmazing Trip To Duden Waterfall with my familyVisiting Lower Düden Waterfalls with my family was a delightful experience. The cascading waters were stunning, creating a beautiful mist and a refreshing ambiance. The park surrounding the falls was perfect for a family picnic, offering scenic views and plenty of photo opportunities. The kids loved the boat ride that took us closer to the falls, adding a sense of adventure. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing family outing, ideal for nature lovers and photographers alike.Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten 21 May 2024

You can see the mixture of fresh sweet water mixing with salt water. Beautiful sight not to be missed :)Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 26 May 2024
- GURPREET S23 contributionsNature at its bestA beautiful place . Very well managed. A must place to visit for some excellent family pictures. Waterfall is just amazing, with water getting into the Mediterranean sea. There are a few adventure rides like zip line in the area.Visited May 2024Travelled with familyWritten 19 June 2024
- Stay489663759994 contributionsBeautiful but not with tour guide!Absolutely stunning waterfall! It was free to enter, but we booked a tour guide (awful guide called Yosaf from Laledi tours). The falls are beautiful, but this guy had us rotting away for a very long time. Max time you need here is about 30-45 mins to see everything. Word of advice, don't book a tour guide to see a FREE attraction.Visited July 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 24 July 2024

We booked a 4 hour duden falls tour from one of the kiosks at the marina, its was very disappointing to be honest. It was not a tour at all, there is no explanations or guidance given in any language whatsoever, you go on a boat ride along till you get to the side of the waterfall, the boat turns around and heads straight back, that's it! All the while they play loud music, oh and mid way they offer to sell you basic cans of drink at obviously very high prices. It was a complete waste of our time.

During my visit to Antalya, I had the pleasure of exploring the Lower Düden Waterfalls, located just a few kilometres from the city centre, the Lower Düden Waterfalls offer a breathtaking display of natural beauty and raw power.
The Lower Düden Waterfalls are a sight to behold, with cascading water plunging dramatically from a height of approximately 40 meters into the Mediterranean Sea. The sheer force and beauty of the rushing water create a mesmerizing spectacle that captivates visitors. The contrast between the lush greenery surrounding the falls and the turquoise water of the sea enhances the overall charm and tranquillity of the site.
Visitors can either take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque coastal path where the cool mist created by the falls adds a refreshing touch or opt for a short boat tour to witness the waterfalls up close.
There are several seaside cafes and stalls nearby where visitors can enjoy snacks or a refreshing beverage while being serenaded by the soothing sound of rushing water.
Unfortunately, the beverage prices at the stalls near the Lower Düden Waterfalls are significantly inflated compared to the market rates. Visitors expecting reasonable prices may be taken aback by the high costs, which can make the simple act of enjoying a refreshment a less enjoyable experience. Personal advice to be prepared for these inflated prices or consider bringing your own drinks to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Beverage prices: There are no price boards and after placing an order for 1 fresh juice I paid 300 liras.
Absolutely nonsense

We came here by boat through one of the adventure tour companies. It cost only about £20 for a half day tour with drinks included. Very nice journey and the boat comes quite close to the waterfall. And then we spend about an hour swimming near by. I would definitely recommend it and it’s a great view.

Duden waterfalls are located in the eastern part of town, away from the prime tourist area. It's easy to drive there (around 15 min from center), but bear in mind there's nothing else to see or do in this area. No beach nor swimming around.
The waterfalls are really beautiful as you watch directly from the park the Duden river falling over the rocks into the Mediterranean sea.
Entry is totally free and there's a nice park to stroll or take a rest by the sea. Basically you come to see only the waterfalls, so it's a 10-15 min stop.

Lovely to see the waterfall with the rainbow. A popular spot located within a park. We walked from Barut Lara Beach 4.1 miles away - not a particularly nice walk but the waterfall was nice to see.
At night time it is lit up and you get a good view flying over it in the plane as you come into land at Antalya airport - look out the window on the left hand side.
If you are going there from the Lara Beach direction and don't fancy the 8.2+ mile round walk you can always get the LC07 blue bus and ask the driver to let you know the bus stop to disembark.

This is a pretty waterfall, however other people’s pictures can be quite deceiving. It’s very pretty to look at, but you can’t really go close to it, you can only see it from a distance which was a little disappointing. Worth seeing, it’s good on the eye!

Water gushing off a cliff edge into the Mediterranean within in city which is quite unique. Imagine Niagara falls but 1/50th of it. The water that feeds from it is quite brown in colour. You can see the fast flowing stream as you walk upto the edge to the viewing area

Brilliant trip. Social distancing was maintained and the crew wore masks when needed. You are all given the option as to whether you want to get wet at the waterfall. Crew were very obliging and took photos. There was also a chance to steer the boat supervised on the way back. Would recommend well worth the money.
