went there on may 2022. costs 150 tl adults and 100 tl children. opening times were 10-17.30, we were there 10.30am and slides were still closed. we asked when they open them and respond was 11am. 4 slides opened at 11am. later we heard that rest of the slides would open at 1pm. we also asked from staff to open some more little slides for us and they did. when time was 1pm they opened one bigger slide, and it was open 15 minutes?? then they closed that one and opened another one for same 15minutes and closed it. so all the time there were open 1 little big bigger slide and 4/5 little ones. childrens area was also almost completely closed ( couple slides open). water was clean. toilets and change rooms were okay, needed little renovation. own food is not allowed. we had fun couple of hours but the fact that every slide wasn't open was quite dissapointing.

Avoid. If you want rude staff, no food after 90min wait, half the slides are shut every 15mins and if you want to pay for the lazy rafting river on top of entry fee then this is the place for you.

The slides are average at best.

Turkey is beautiful and I’ve never had any issues before and visiting the country for many years but this was a complete sh1tshow.

Okay visit. Old place but a of fin for the kids. Many water slides were closed at different times. The save pool was only open at 2 pm and in 15 min. Been there done that. Paid 2700 tr. for 2 adults and 2 kids. Little too much but maybe the price scared people to go there, so not so many guests.

Worst place I'he been. We came there at opening and waited 20 minutes for water. Shower room was very dirty and looked like it was in a horror movie where everything was broken up. It's costs for us 14 euro the most senseless waste of money. Dirt is everywhere, only one lifeguard who whistles at everyone he can. The water slides are in terrible condition and it feels like they are going to fall right now. We were there for 30 minutes and then decided to leave. There was a guard at the exit who did not understand English and did not want to let us out. To be honest, we were shocked by such behaviour. After 10 minutes of talking he finally allowed us to leave. Don't go there, please!

For my kids, aged 11, 14, 15. I thought I'd give this place a chance...But this place is a utter joke, all the reviews are right.

Tills weren't working so we had to wait, went in and had to wait another 30 mins for the water slides to begin.

4 of the 6 weren't working. Bascally the good ones. The tidal wave wasn't working either.

No shaded areas, to rest in.

we paid 200 lira each. Absolutely not worth the money paid. This was a huge disappointment.

Please don't waste your money...go else where. I wish I had taken note of the many reviews.

Really bad experience.
It was just us in their cafe. And we waited 50 minutes for food.
You use gloves for food, but also for scratching your hair.
Really disgusting. So don't put it
It's general disgusting everyone sees in the water park. And that too expensive for what you can do

We took our 4 year old son and it was ok for him as the 4 big slides where amazing to him. Any older kids or adults would find them poor. There are very few slides here and they weren't all open. We didn't eat there so cant comment on the food facilities.

There were 'lifeguards' sat monitoring the pool but they looked to be glued to their phones or smoking.

Not somewhere I would be back.

Again please do not use the tour operators,
2Tl about 66p will get you to the Aqua Park in the Cetrum area of Alanya, and then it works out at about £6 per person to get in for the day, if you want food included it is about £8 per person, we aware they are very strict on you not bringing food and drink with you, we only had a water bottle but that was taken away and given us back on leaving, that's ok the park I would say is great value for money, although not through a tour operator as it works out expensive coming in around £28 including lunch and transfer. use the bus its cheap clean and reliable.

We decided to spend some hours there as a break from the beach and walking in the city. The cashier and security guard told us that the park was open to 18:00. We payed 100 lira for two persons.

The park itself looked so poor and almost to the brink of not responsible to be kept open.

Slides were closed and we didn't get informed by that. So basically there were only 7/10 slides functioning that day. The 3 that was closed was the most attractive ones aswell.

The guards around were not welcoming, they were angry and disrespectful towards customers. We saw one guard kicking water to someones face because the guard meant he was too slow to move out of the way in front of the slides, which he wasn't at all. The slightest showing that you didn't move fast enough after taking a slide, they blew their whistle and shouted at you to move away. Zero patience what so ever.

Toilets was a complete disaster. Felt like a horror movie walking in there. Dirty and no light.

The safety in the stairs was the worst. Tiles that get wet = slippery and a potential tragedy. The mats that was supposed to prevent that, was loose and not helping anything. They could create even more of a danger of being there, rather than not. And there was a serious lack of those mats. All around the park.

2 hours before they were supposed to close, they start to tell over the speaker that all slides are closing in 1 hour in somewhat english sounding words. 30 minutes later, they said again that the slides are closing in 30 minutes, 1,5 hour before closing time. Before we got to comprehend what they said, 2 minutes later they spoke over the speaker again, that the slides are closing. In summary, they closed all slides 1,5 hour before the park was supposed to close, which sounded like they just wanted to go home and didn't care about their opening hours and customers.

The music they played was not appropriate. Music over the sound system about wh****, drinking, f****** etc where kids are. Not the best choice really.

So our time there, was cut short by 1,5 hours because they lied to us about closing time just so we would pay for the tickets.

We asked the cashier about what was this about, and she said they were closing at 5, which she didn't the first time. And what about you closing all the slides so early? The answer was: 4:30 is close to 5. It's ok.

So we spent maybe 1 hour there instead of 2,5 as they ensured us.

We wanted our money back, but there was no one who speaks english there and to help us out.

Great success (sarcasm detected).

We went to the waterpark with a 4 year old. It was perfect for us. Only a few big slides witch he also enjoyed and a perfect size kids pool with several slides. We could just lay in the free sunbeds and watch him go. Perfect place for kids that can't swim!
