Hidden Paradise

Ice-cold water comes from the high mountains. Wonderful waterfalls. Marvelous natural pools. Be careful the water is cold also in summer time (8C-10C)

Though a long drive from antalya to reach sapadere, but once we reach there all our tiredness evaporates. A really wonderful, cool & soothing waterfall, with natural swimming pools on its way & multiple smaller waterfalls as it runs along the way. Amazed with the beauty of this fall, between mountains & steep walkway. We loved the sight & putting... More

Linguistics and History. [SApadèrë] SAPA (off the beaten track) DERE (stream, brook) – the hidden brook – which is indeed what it was, until 2008 when the Alanya [aLANja] Municipality constructed a wood-paved gangway/footbridge in the narrow S-N gorge. The gangway ends at a picturesque waterfall of about 4-5 meter in height, after a leisure-walk (though slightly uphill) of 800... More
