This beautiful and historic town on Tunisia’s east coast is well preserved in parts, carefully restored in others. The old quarter is dominated by the rebuilt Central Mosque.

Drove around the old fortification and around the point longing the beach. Must have been pretty in the past. Would recommend only to drive, since there isn't too much to see on foot.

The Old Town -Medina is beautiful to see. It's nice to see Mosque. The cemetary is very interesting too. It's so different from our cemetaries. The view if the sea is so beautiful.

Delicious teas, spices, bazaars, temperature high but comfortable with breeze off sea. While waiting for family, store owner provided a chair and a bottle of water.
