It's just a bridge, but a very nice one. It connects upstate New York from I-81 to Wellesley Island then in to Canada.

This is a pretty bridge to travel over to Wellesley Island and Canada. There is a $3.00 toll. It is also pretty at night from the river since it is all lit up.

This bridge crosses from the USA to Canada over the St. Lawrence River where many of the islands can be seen. While you cannot stop on the bridge, you can see for miles in either direction from it.

If you are travelling across from the US in to Canada or vice versa, you get two bridges for the price of one. Huge cable supported structures, excellent views of the 1000 Islands.

I was so excited to show my husband the beautiful 1000 Islands from the bridge. I crossed the bridge 50 years ago and have never forgotten the beauty...but If you are driving in a sedan you can’t see much of anything because of the railings...More

If you like scary bridges with great views, this is the bridge for you. If you plan on traveling the TI Bridge system at least 8 times it is worth while to get the commuter pass to save some money.

Great views of Thousand Islands from bridge. Hopefully the customs office won't be too busy collecting tariffs!

I went under the bridge while on the dive boat and then the following day crossed over it into the US to visit Alexandria Bay & Clayton. Both times are pretty impressive and as it turns out not a bad place to cross the border....More

Leave time to explore Wellesley Island and do not neglect to ascend the Tower. Remember to take money for the toll!

Personally, I don't think the bridge is worth a $70 cab ride.
