Beautiful sunset and we'll worth a visit. There aren't many places one can visit in the world for free these days, this is one. My only gripe - belligerent Chinese tour groups constantly chuntering away and pushing past to take pictures with selfie sticks. Took away some of the romanticism of a beautiful sunset with my wife. Still, I'd recommend... More

This place is simply fantastic! Just off the highway with a shops and food stalls. Lots of seats and very large area with both shade and sun. You can seat and relax have your food and walk around the well mantained park. Theres also a lighthouse you can walk up to with a gifts shop and some old related items.... More

Amazing view! So perfect, we arranged this trip with a taxi and thought we would be there for a couple of hours however it was so hot that and after a short walk around we didn't really need to be there for longer than an hour so don't use it to take up a whole day.

My tip for this place? Go to this cape to see the most romantic sunset view at the most Southern tip of Phuket island after 5.30pm. Dont go too early otherwise it will be killing hot and make the scene unloved. I

Phromthep Cape is perhaps one of Phuket Island’s most scenic spots, offering visitors like me quite a stunning view of the Andaman Sea. Do note there is a small flight of stairs involved in order to reach the lookout point. Apart from the breath-taking views, there’s also a Four-faced Buddha Shrine nearby where believers come to pray. The shrine is... More

Great views at any part of day, a lot of people if you going to visit this place at day time. Stunning view of Nai Harn beach at sunsets. If you will be at the south of the island I'm highly recommend to visit this viewpoint.

The cape is the southernmost part of Phuket island and offers a great view over the sea. You can enjoy the best view of sunset here (unless it is cloudy of course). There is an unpaved path down to the very end of cape but just be careful of your steps.

Our hotel had a free shuttle to this area and we enjoyed walking around and people watching as well as visiting the shrines...tons of elephants around it...and little shops that abound in the area. In fact if we had been able to return we would have just gone to peek in shops!
