We recently had a fantastic trip to Phuket as a group of 6 and 7(half the rime(people. We used Phuket Shuttles for all our transfers to and from Airports and hotels. We also used for a 5 hours shopping trip. They are always on time. Very professional. Great clean and air conditioned vans. I would highly recommend.

This was a great service they were on time and polite and very helpful. It took the stress out of getting transport when we arrived as we haven't traveled for a few years and wanted an easy start to our holiday. Payment was easy as you could pay online use your credit card or give the driver cash on the day.

We booked a luxury SUV to pick us up from the airport and everything went seamlessly. The following day we met up with Pat, she gave us some excellent tips and made great recommendations for first time visitors. She arranged three trips for us during our stay. Pat communicated all the details very clearly and it was very well organised.

Like other reviewers we found Phuket Shuttle through a Google search and I am very glad that we did! We booked our transfer whilst sitting in Bangkok waiting to board our flight to Phuket and within minutes of initial communication we had our transfer confirmed. After arriving I was contacted by Pat via WhatsApp who offered a range of tour/day trip options in a very professional and NOT forceful way. We ended up doing the Elephant Sanctuary trip which was genuinely one of our favourite things we have ever done whilst travelling and nearly did the James Bond island day trip but the kids were just too tired after a lot of travelling. Pat and the team at Phuket Shuttle deserve all the positive reviews they get and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to take the stress out of arranging transfers and holiday activities.

We found the company whilst looking for airport transfers to and from Phuket airport . Not only was the price excellent, the car was waiting for us on both journeys. We wanted to do 2 trips whilst in Phuket. We booked through Pat who arranged a half day at the elephant care sanctuary which was cheaper than others paid that day and it was out of this world. Very well organised . The second trip was a full day round the Phi Phi islands on a speed boat with lunch. Again very well organised and a good price with beautiful views and chance for amazing photos.

Phuket Shuttle were great to work with. Tired after a long trip and almost 2 hour delay in arriving, they were there as promised waiting . Awesome safe knowledgeable driver . Crazy traffic in the rain . It took 2 hours to get to the hotel due to the weather and traffic but he remained pleasant and friendly despite the late arrival and unforeseen rain, Saturday night chaos road conditions . Transfer back to the airport was great as well. I underestimated the drive time to make the flight. Phuket shuttle was awesome in the office and moved the time up and confirmed almost right away at a very last minute type request. Both drivers were great and the customer service was untouchable. If you want reliable accountable transfer services in and around Phuket , these are the people to trust!!! Fair price and peace of mind allows you to enjoy your vacation and not worry about anything to do with phuket shuttle. They offered other services as well and had I not pre booked I would have 100% gone with their bookings there too. Thank you for a great experience!!!

We booked 5 trips for our stay in Phuket and Khao Lak areas including the airport transfer. Most of the trips (except one) were smooth. Drivers arrived on time. Clean cars and smooth drive. On the return journey to airport the driver even proactively made short cuts to avoid traffic jam so that we would not missed our flight. On one occassion (local transfer), we did not find the driver (who was not professional and bad service). Eventually we called the customer service hotline stated on the voucher and the staff on the line were very helpful to identify the situation and located the driver. One suggestion for improvement would be sending car plate numbers to the passenger in advance, or at least providing the drivers' contact details via whatsapp. Another comment was that, every time after we got on the cars, the drivers took a photo of the passengers as proof, this made us not comfortable, as we did not know what the drivers would do with our pictures, and they did not even asked for our permission.

Phuket Shuttle Staff met us at the pick up oint at the airport and we waited about 5 mins for the driver to take us to our resort. On return the driver arrived early at the hotel. Both 75 minute transfers were very good. Would certainly use again.

We used this service from Phuket airport to our hotel on arrival and decided as the service was good, a lovely clean air conditioned car and polite driver, that we would rebook for our journey back to the airport. The jouney back was very busy, traffic jams, but our driver was totally calm and not frustrated at all. He was also very polite. His car was also very clean, comfortable aor conditioned. Both journeys the drivers were very good and made our journey extremely comfortable.

All good with this transfer and company. I got the car i booked. And it was very clean. Driver on time at the airport and at the hotel when it was time to leave the hotel. Good and safe driving on both directions. Good price to. I can recommend this company.
