Last year, when COVID-19 was easing its grip, I went to Phuket with my mother, age 84. I used Phuket Shuttle, wich I had booked from Denmark, and everything went so smooth, that I did not hesitate to use them again this year - again with my mother, but also husband and granchild of 5 years. We have used this company many times and we are always welcomed by the driver on time - both in airports and at hotels. Only the last time it went wrong. The driver didn´t show up - we had to take another taxi to get to the airport in time. I don´t know what went wrong but it was not a good experience to be nervous not to get to the airport in time. This one bad experience is not preventing me from using Phuket Shuttle another time. We always book a luxury SUV - a little bit extra that makes the difference.

I looked online looking for a cheaper alternative to Booking.com, Agoda’s Mozio, and my hotel. I found Phuket Shuttle from Google, read great reviews about the company, and booked an early (4:45am) transfer to Phuket airport. A few hours after my booking, I was immediately contacted by a friendly representative confirming my booking and all the details of my transfer. Then, the following morning, my transfer driver (who was helpful and friendly as well, and kept the car quiet just in case I wanted to take a nap during the long ride to the airport) was already waiting for me when I came down early to my hotel’s lobby. In short, I very highly recommend this company!!!

We booked airport transfers (from/to) and a driver and a car for two days from them. Everything went really well and on schedule. We planned the routes for the driving days ourselves and the driver stayed on schedule. I can really recommend this company.

I was traveling with 6 other family members. The pick up at the airport and from our resort was easy and reliable. The drivers were not lazy, they helped with our luggage. With all the nightmare stories we hear about people being ripped off by taxis, etc., I can say it is our experience these guys can be trusted. We booked online, paid online, etc. When we got to the airport, they had a sign with our name on it. The van was clean and nice. Driver was nice too.

We have used this company once before and decided to use again for an airport transfer on our recent visit to Phuket. Driver was helpful and took the back roads to our apartment, which was pleasant to see the countryside on our journey. I will definitely use as my default company in Phuket and recommend to others.

We used phuket shuttle to hotel and to airport. Our original booking to hotel failed due to our part, as someone took our luggage by accident so we could not leave the airport on time as expected. They quickly arranged another shuttle for us when ready. We loved the drivers both times, were friendly and professional.
