A very good massage parlour, I can safely recommend. Prices are normal, but quality is high. All staff are as friendly as possible + please the abundance of massages. The interior is simple, without excess but everything is clean and neat, the simplicity is ironed and smells nice. Anyway, I recommend it!

Really professional massage parlour. All the girls are lovely and super friendly. They have a long list of treatments to try. I loved the hot oil massage! Super good prices and the quality is fantastic. You also don’t get pestered by people standing outside trying to drag you in. It’s a little tucked away but well worth finding. We went two days in a row, it was so good!

Came here for a 1 hour foot massage and my fiancée had a back, neck and shoulder. We couldn’t fault it - best massage we’ve had in Thailand and we’ve been here for 3 weeks! Super friendly staff and really reasonable prices. Sadly we’re leaving Phuket tomorrow, wish we had found this place sooner as we would have came back!

Sweet lemongrass is by far one the best massage shops in all of Thailand. The customer service was amazing and the massages were always great. Make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment, as they are always busy!
After visiting 5 days in a row it was a shame we had to go home, we can’t wait to come back!

My sister and I (23 and 21 years old) decided to visit Sweet Lemongrass after reading the positive reviews on here.
The first thing we should note is that it is not in the heart of Patong, it is approx a 30 + minute walk from Bangla road depending on where you are staying, or a 200 baht Tuk Tuk ride each way ($6.6 AUD approx). Although this may be a little off putting, it is definantly worth it! We made the mistake of not booking (thinking it was low season) so we walked in the hot and humid weather (also getting lost) only to find that they were fully booked out for that day! Never mind that, after we saw the cute little shop and met Aoy, we made a booking for 10am the following morning.
We hired a tuk tuk to drop us off which made life easier. When you arrive, you are offered a choice of 6 oils (rose, jasmine, orchid, orange and two others..) they all smell beautiful so it is a hard choice!
We opted for a mixed thai / oil massage as we had never experience either before. This cost us only 280 baht after the discount ($9 AUD approx).
What makes lemongrass so different from the other parlours in patong (there are hundreds of these - we tried out a couple before & after lemongrass) is a) you know from the instant you walk in there is nothing sleazy going to happen, b) the beds are very comfortable and on par with what you would find in a western beauty salon (the other parlours beds felt like planks of wood with a sheet on them!), c) they make an effort to please you, for example under the hole where you put your face down whilst lying on your stomach, there is a bowl of water filled with beautiful fresh flowers, d) the ladies are very respectful of how intimate massages are, for example they stop and ask you if it is ok for them to pull the sheet down to show your chest (at the others in patong they just take it off without any warning) and finally, the staff all appear to know what they are doing which is especially important for the thai massage as this applies alot of pressure and has the potential to hurt you rather than be helpful.
Once the massage is complete, you are offered to sit down and have a glass of lemongrass tea and a chat with the staff if you wish. They are all extremely friendly and interested in your experiences in Thailand.
We were extremely happy with the service we received at the Sweet Lemongrass Spa and agree with all the positive reviews posted on Tripadvisor. We recommend it to all who are looking for a relaxing, professional and good value massage whilst visting Patong.
A tip for those visiting Patong in the low season: until the end of August they also have 20% off their normal prices to attract customers in the low season so this means it works out on par or lower than the cost of massages elsewhere in Thailand (in fact Bangkok seemed alot more expensive)!

Im always satisfied with sweet lemon grass for massage I come here regularly & I wont go any where else for massage. Tried and tested many in my frequent visits to Phuket. This one by far the best! Try the traditional Thai & Oil you wont be disappointed. See you soon Sweet lemon grass .

Was staying at Boomerang hotel with my gf and we took a tuk tuk to this place. Be sure to print the map and the address out as it is quite hard to locate. It's up a new road with plenty of construction going around. Don't try to ride a bike there as u will most probably get lost. We are glad we didn't.
We opted for a 90 mind session and it was really great. The service and massage were top notch. Value for money. Do go for the full spa treatment as I am sure you won't regret it.

Ms. Oi the owner of the spa is an excellent massuer herself. remember that there a few number of this so called small massage parlours which i can still categorise as spa's. many of the rest of the spa's offer what is commonly known as Bali Hai spa or better known for their extra servuces which are not stated on the menu. As for the lemongrass the only things which is not stated on the menu is quality and satisfaction. Everytime i'm there its interesting that the massages get better. Ms.Oi the owner not only runs the show but also trains her staff to follow her regime. the price isn't that expensive as its the sqme as those who use massage as their main business but serve something else. the place is cosy, quite with an exception of a few mopeds speeding along the streets. rooms are air conditioned and every care is taken to ensurebthat you're comfortable all the way. finally don't forget to try Ms.oi special lemongrass tea she makes herself and serves at the end of each massage you have. definitely a place to try good massages without the thought of having to pay a fortune for quality

hello, i've just manage to sort out how i can respond now to revues on TA, thank you for your lovely revue, i have just opened my 2nd bigger premises which has already been called stylish and chic, it's only 10 metres from original shop, if you visit patong we'd love you to visit our new premises, thank you again it's only having customers like yourself and now so many more giving very kind revues that sweet lemongrass has become number 1 on TA and in patong. all the very best, regards Aoy

All the great things you have read about this place is true. My wife and I visited Sweet Lemongrass after finding the reviews on Trip Advisor. As others have mentioned the staff here is classy, classy, classy with attention to detail. You are valued as a customer, and they value their trade as well. We choose the 90 min mixed oil and Thai and loved it! Out of many Thai Massages I have had, this was clearly the best. Somewhere around 45mins into the massage the charm and magic touch of these ladies took effect and I was in a massage coma. The same happened to my wife, who normally likes to talk and carry on during massages :). At the end of the massage we both just sat on the table in suspense and fulfillment. This was the best thing we did in Phuket. The funniest thing was in the final moments of our time there we were sitting in the chairs at the front which face a glass sliding door overlooking the busy side street that they are on. You can see and hear Tuk Tuks running up and down, Ladyboy fussing at someone, motor bikes bustling, speakers blaring, etc .... My wife and I could help but chuckle at the fact of how this place contrasted that on one side of this door we were truly in heaven and on the other side was a mad jungle! It felt like a movie scene as we prepared ourselves to cross back over the threshold, concsiously stepping out of a dream, to face the maddness all once again. We highly recommend it, and thank other tripadvisor reviewers for putting this place on the map

I went with two friends to this parlour having had an unwanted offer at a previous parlour earlier in the week! We went because of all the recommendations on TA and were not disappointed. The place was very clean and well run and the massage magical. I will go back again should I visit Patong again.

The prices at Sweet lemongrass at all 4 branches are quite reasonable already, so there are no discount promotion on this time. However, there are some packages which set at the very good prices for couple. Tip is appreciated but not complusory.

I'm not sure where the cruise ships dock, but I will take a taxi, they usually wait for you or come back to pick you up again. The lady at Sweet Lemongrass also organized a taxi for us to take us to our hotel. From Jung Ceylon its about 15min walk. Hope this helps

Please check with the centre. I did a traditional Thai body massage. It was a combination of dry rubs, point pressure and oil rubs. We were given comfortable thai loose shirt and pants. Throughout the session, the masseur was respectable and applied the right pressure and rubs on each part of my body.
