Good, fun course.

we visited Dancoon again and found the course to be in a terrible state, the heavy rains had damaged the course. What must have been standing water on greens had left some baked and crispy, Most fairways because it had obviously been too wet for the mowers, had been hacked with brush cutters but the grass was still very high... I have played Dancoon many times and have always enjoyed it. The front 9 is a lot easier than the back 9 which has some tricky water holes. The course is a bit barren, there could certainly be more trees on some holes but this is not a big deal. The caddies are very friendly but many of them know... More

I have been golfing at Dancoon for the past 3 or 4 years. It is a fairly new course and every year, as the fairways etc mature, it keeps getting better. The pr,ice is certainly very good (just over $30 CDN for golf, electric cart, caddie and tip). The only negative aspect is that you get on occasion, 5 and... More

The course looks baron and a little dry but enjoyable to play. Can't understand why the management hasn’t fully tree lined the fairways between each hole. It would take away the dry, hot baron look and make it more interesting to play, not too mention, much cooler, especially if walking.

At 1,600 Baht for 2 players, green fees, caddy, and golf... Around 15 KM from Khon Kaen city, good playable course for most golfers. Not expensive around £11 for 18 holes plus £4 for caddie. Very good shower/locker room facilities, food acceptable

One cannot book in advance at this course so when we arrived it was packed out with Koreans staying at the hotel. We teed off about 1h 40m after arriving and played perhaps the longest round, 5 hours+ ever. I understand the Koreans are there for a further 2 months, so we won't bother going again. I believe many regular... More

We stayed at Dancoon for 3 nights taking advantage of Monday and Tuesday sport day reduced fees for golfing. This is a very nice, well used and well looked after golf course. The hotel however, leaves a lot to be desired even at the 600 Baht price including breakfast. The rooms haven't had a dusting for a very long time... More
