We climbed the stairs and felt pretty good about ourselves. Never mind that we found motorbikes at the top.. The view was magnificent along the Hua Hin coastline. Come later in the afternoon to see the monkey feeding. Too bad we missed that one

Good spot for views. Lot of steps do not suitable for the aged or infirm. Shame that it isn't kept in a better condition. Lots of monkeys!

We were expecting something terrible after reading some of the reviews. But its worth a trip, the temple is OK, views are excellent and monkeys entertaining as long as you are sensible. We walked around them with no problems and got some nice monkey antics...More

These monkeys are a little wild, get too close and they will let you know. Fun to photograph and to watch eating the corn the keeper throws out. A bucket of corn scattered across the ground and the monkeys come out of the woodwork. A few...More

We read about it on a website and thought it would be fun to go. It was a little scary but it was kind of fun. It looks like the monkeys took over a town. They roam the streets, some alone, others in packs. there...More

This a cool place, both the temple and the amount of monkeys. Walk around and see the large amount of monkeys, you can even buy food which are a funny thing. From the top of the temple there are a great view over Hun Hin...More

Nice and small temple on top of the hill overlooking Hua Hin. It's worth the cheap tuk tuk ride up to check out the view over the beach and the gulf. Other than that, the temple is fairly basic. Don't walk around with food or...More

The Budha can be seen from Hua Hin Beach, so we finally decided to go check it out and we're happy we did! The view from the top is amazing, and the monkeys were entertaining (though probably best to observe from a distance to be...More

Take your time, go slow, take a camera and put recording all the time, you will get so nice “monkey business”! Don’t be afraid of the monkeys, there are really a lot of them and they are just there, relaxing, fooling around. Just be careful...More

No entrance fee and definitely worth the trip. Take heed of other advice here by all means, but don't let it put you off going - go to the top temple, great views. Also go down to the Chinese temple, it is very... More

OK, I am not sure what you mean by "Monkey Island", some people call it Monkey Mountain, but if you go up the steep, steep winding road all the way to the top to where the steps to the Temple on the very top of the mountain... More
