Go early in the morning and see the mist rising from the valleys. It may be cold, but the natural beauty of mountains, valleys, rivers and mists is overwhelming!

Unique intersections of 3 countries. I was amazed to see these 3 countries (Laos, Myanmar and Thailand) from land and through boat riding. From there, I could feel and see the 3 different countries' cultures.

The Golden Triangle is where Myanmar, Thailand and Laos meet and it is stunning looking out over the Mekong River. Very special! Our group then got on a boat and traveled on the Mekong, stopping to do some shopping at the markets in Laos!
