An interesting temple with surrounding stupas and a beautiful buddha tree. From a historical and interest perspective, it is worth a visit if in the area.

if u go to this area dont forget to go to old city of chiang sen. the sunset view in the small park with some pagoda and temple give agreat view.

Visited few temples and it was a nice and peaceful area. Self drove. Good to get a break away from the busy city.

Taking the local bus from Chiang Rai which was about 1 hour 45 was part of our experience so I’m including it. It is not particularly comfortable and definitely not fast but it was fun and allowed us to see the changing scenery en route....More

Stop by here towards the end of your day trip to the Golden Triangle. Nice set of ruins that are a touch different then the others you will see in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai.

Love this place of staying for a few days. We rode the bus from Chiang rai to Chiang Sean for 35 baht. Walked to our @DeWiangrat hostel. No receptionist. Had to ask lady who work next door in the pharmacy. I think she take cares...More
