We only had 4 hours to spend here but we saw so much. We had already been to 3 other parks but it was here that we saw the rhino.

We had a great time with Bright African safaris and spent a day in the crater. We saw it all there but certainly combine with a trip to the Serengeti

If you want to see nature, this is the place to be. It's as if Noah's Ark lives on in the Crater. One must have a guide to fully appreciate all the animals since the guide will explain and teach you.

We went here on our own in a small 4x4 - the roads are rough but quite manageable. We had the place to,ourselves and quite frankly preferred to the much hyped bigger famous craters.

This park is a very nice with lots of wildlife. The over look that preceded the actual entry into the park grounds is breathtaking. You see the large caldera and the animals from a bird's eye view. You are required to ride in an enclosed vehicle on specific roads, unlike most of the Serengeti. This limits your ability to get... More

The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the fines wonders of nature. Fabulous panoramic views from the rim and great wildlife viewing once one descends to the crater floor. Due to constant water sources, wildlife viewing is good year-round.

We sighted lions, serval cat, elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and TWO RHINOs, and more during our day here. This was after ten days in the region.

A breathtaking trip down a very narrow and steep road to get to the crater floor. Well worth the trip. The animals are not a close as in some of the other parks. Lots of other vehicles. The best place to spot black rhino but we had to find 5 in order to get one that we could photograph up... More

Very interesting geological area. Much of the native wildlife are year long residents to the area. Many elephants on the hillside which make for nice viewing. Saw wondrous lion eating rituals performed right in front of us. Beautiful country, people, and culture. Great accommodations and food. We used bottle water, beer and soda for all hydration and oral care needs.... More
