An interesting place to visit to view variety of snakes and other animals. Snakes available to be held. Informative guide. Had person in wheelchair and did not charge. Surface of paths good but entrance a little difficult to negotiate with manual wheelchair

i spent a night here even if our group didn't visit snake park. I would love to share photos of the accomodation with you.. Campsite is big enough. Beside of the space, there are enough rooms. Also kitchen (cooking for campers) space is plenty ! As I had to depart in the very early morning next day, I chose 2... More

When pulling in I had pretty low expectations judging from the car park but was pleasantly surprised. Our guide spoke very good English and gave an interesting tour of the park. The entrance was $15USD which I don't mind when they also work to provide anti venom to the community. The Masai experience across the park is also worth a... More

If you leave early from Arusha and you have to spend some time before reaching the ngoro ngoro gate then this is ideal place to kill some time. You can see some variety of snakes and also have your packed lunch across the road. Don't forget to ask for holding a non-venomous snake in your hand. Makes an excellent photo... More

It's more than seeing the snakes and learning their characteristics. We also saw birds and crocodiles. Opposite the reception one can learn a lot about the masai way of life from building their houses. Bearing of children, slaughtering of cows, Moran and Nyaruba. They also share the tools often used in day to day life. There are several huts that... More

Ma and BJ are just great people and they have a really nice setup here for campers with pretty good rooms available too. It's not a luxury place by any means but it is made up for by the coverall feel of the place with lots of local Masai around the campsite and local area. Interesting selection of snakes Great... This was a quick stop (less than an hour) after our photographic safari group gathered but before we set out on our trip to Ndutu. I was the only one of the group of 6 who elected to go to the snake park. The others elected to visit the nearby museum. I have a lifelong fascination with snakes. I'm particularly... More

The park is pretty basic but the array of snakes is great. We had a guide explain the different snakes to us which was very interesting.
