We give 2 thumbs up for the beef steak sandwich. It's 130 TWD for a sandwich and is well worth the price. Liked the unique Long fries too. Good! However, this place is super crowded. You need patience to navigate all the lanes as sometimes the human traffic just can't move.

Visited this famous night market on a Thursday evening. It was drizzling so we had to walk around with umbrella. The alley is squeezy with umbrella rubbing each other. Varieties are sufficient for a revisit and marvellous service standard from all the vendors. Highly recommended.

Crowded, noisy, and plenty of food options, stalls selling knick knacks, and carnival games - what more can you ask of a night market? Bring a big appetite, cash, and friends.

Everything a tourist wants is here-cheap clothes, shoes, eateries, street snacks, even a full meals, shopping mall a block away, restaurants around and the best part is, the subway station is just within 2 minutes walk! Definitely the place to hang out!

I went there one of the nights. The food was awesome but the only thing I didn't like was that it was very packed!!! It has probably the best night market food in the entire Kaohsiung. So, give it a try but please go there early to avoid the crazy crowd! They open at 5pm local time.

I visited on a friday and on a saturday. I would recommand to avoid the week-end. But i loved the food everywhere, and the little games that sent me back to my childhood at the fair 😀

This place has a bloody mind boogling areay of good food! But its so freaking crowded! We were literally squashed packed like sardines while trying to navigate the rows upon rows of food. We were told this is a more local market compared to Liuhe and it was pretty evident by the sheer amount of mostly locals we saw! Now,... More

My husband and I went to this night market today. It was very nice. Unfortunately the food stalls are very packed so sometimes was squeezing through. It's not the same as in other cities night market. This one remind me the one in Phuket as the weekend market there. Very nice. This night market you need to go when you're... More

Was at the place at 4pm and started to explore the whole area. Probably finished walking around and decided what to eat at 5. Crowd started pouring in and walking through is a problem as it's a small walk space between the shops. Lots of variety around and as always check with the shops on their prices before making a...
