The building itself is very unique in shape and definitely is an important part of Korean history. More could have been placed at the site to explain the significance and some of the resulting discoveries. Otherwise, all you have is a cool looking building.
It is what it is........a small bottle shaped stone built tower about 20 foot high. Set in a nice park, it is significantly old!
