It is a good shopping place but the tax refund staff’s attitude was really poor. The staff did not explain anything to me . I was confused and lost throughout the whole process. When I asked the process (because she did not explain to me at all), she gave me the face like I am asking a stupid question and felt like she was gossiping to her colleague about me. Her service was utterly disappointing and disgusting.

We spent a few hours here looking around and having a few snacks. The mall is packed full of activities, restaurants and shops. A highlight for us was Spa Land and we really enjoyed the food market on the B1 level which had lots of options. The stores in the main building are more on the high end but the cylinder shaped building had more affordable brands. The closest metro is Centrum City and you can access this mall via the underground pedways. There is a Lotte Department store nearby as well as a few other shopping centres.

We visited for lunch as part of a half day tour. We were glad to have a tour guide. There was an amazing selection of food in the food court from street food to gourmet to western food. We very briefly went through the shopping areas and there was a lot to see. Seemed very expensive though. $100 for a kids swim suit. We didn’t buy one. And it’s huge. Well labeled in English and people seem to speak it in most places. Never had an issue buying anything. Lots of shop workers everywhere.

This is a very large and rather pleasant mall. First time visitor can easily get lost on multiple floors and confusing directions. All the upscale brand name stores can be spotted here. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. The place looks and feels like any nice mall but soon you begin to recognize how endless it feels. It is an excellent place to spend time in- to shop, window-shop, dine or just stroll in weatherproof environment. The signs remind customers that, at least as of 2009, this has been the biggest mall of the world.
