Good hiking grounds in Busan

A very nice mountain setting in the middle of buzzling Busan. Lots of hiking trails from fairly easy to quite demanding to chose from. Can be somewhat busy on the Weekend.

Hiking for the scenic views

Starting from Beomeosa temple, I plotted a personal route to trek for scenic views and a half day of exploring the mountain fortress.

The hike along the ridge of Geumjeongsan from the North gate to the East gate and exit SanSeong village.

It was a short ascent to North gate and then a smaller peak before descending to East gate and village.

Worked up everyone’s appetite for black goat bulgogi.

The bus ride back to the city was crowded and packed with climbers returning to the city.
