Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hwangnyeongsan Mountain offers a stunning panoramic view of Busan city! Go to this place by car is the most convenient. Check weather and wear comfort shoes.
There is option for both sightseeing or hiking.

Hill covered in trails, made for great afternoon hiking. All wooded. Mainly dirt trails, steps and matting on steeper slopes. Not difficult hiking but can be a little difficult to navigate (only about half the trials are in NAVER, and very few signposts so easy to get a little lost). Great views from the top. Took me about 3 hours from the beach, to the top (beacon fire station) and then back down the left hand side.

The views are 100% worth it. There are many view points and a cafe at the top. You can hike it, but if you are feeling lazy you can always taxi up.

We hiked up the mountain, which took us around 50 minutes (we were walking fast though) and saw everything from the sunset to the incredible nighttime view, which turns Busan into a golden river of lights between the mountains.
Beautiful! Definitely go there if you’re in Busan.

You can get off at Geumneyonsan subway station (line 2)and then catch a cab to the top. It cost us 15,000 won to go up, stay for 20 minutes and then go back to the subway station.

We got to see this gorgeous part of Busan’s night view thanks to our taxi driver! He suggested this place to visit and took us for a drive. It is stunning and you get to ALL of Busan.... no your buses go there so I would strongly recommend that you take a taxi there!!

Hwangnyeongsan Mountain is located not so far from down town. We visited this area with some Korean friends by night. It was so cold but I was very happy to see this nice panorama.
