This is a real nice stop to see a bygone era. Well done film and great gift shop. Very friendly staff. A really peaceful place to spend some time.

This is a good site to travel to in the Albany area. Very important piece of history that is sometimes overlooked.

This is a go to site for out of town visitors. Especially families. The film is good and just right in length. The grounds allow kids to be boisterous . Pay it a visit on a nice day.More

Thanks for your review! We have oxen on-site during the summer including the rare and endangered Kerry Cow (they are small, black oxen). They go to a farm during the winter but come back as soon as the pasture grass is tall enough for them....More

Shaker life needs to be better known and that so many lived in the near Albany area. I took advantage of a talk on Black Shakers which was very informative.
