The TU is a great place to see basketball, hockey and cultural events. The sight lines are excellent, and you feel close to the action in 80% of the seats. I have many fond memories. I did not give it 5 stars because its location is a social desert. Pre-event, where do you go? You see the event, and then... More

Drove from Montreal to Albany to see Poison and Tesla at this venue. It's a small venue (Compared to Montreal's Bell Center) and our seats felt very close to the stage/artists. Sound was good, venue was conveniently located near hotels and restaurants. I would recommend.

We travelled here for a concert. Everything was great. The only problem was getting back to the hotel. We could not find any cabs. Many roads were closed, ti seemed. We do not know the area, and were left stranded. We took a city bus, but it did not go to the hotel, so we ended up walking in the... More

The regular seats offer incredibly cramped leg room. I've never seen anything quite like it in a venue such as this. For a concert, the setup is somewhat mediocre. Perhaps for sports events that utilized the entire ground area it would be better. Wheelchair accessible seating is at a premium here, and the view from almost any handicap seating is... More

I went to see Paul McCartney at the TU since it is my hometown. Very disappointed in the venue. The concert was fantastic( as always Paul does a great job) but the TU failed in comparison to the Citi Field in NYC. Our tickets included dinner at both places and at Citi Field we were treated great bu tat the... More

I don't really care for the TU Center. But you can't chose where the concerts are, so I've been here a lot. It's not awful, the seats are reasonably spaced apart, there's lots of bathrooms, and you can see from anywhere in the arena. But- $20 to park? Really? This is just plain robbery. Taking advantage of fans who are... More

We attended a Garth Brooks concert in March. The setting was great inside My seat did break before the concert started. When I asked security about it he said that a lot of them were breaking. They did bring me another chair to set in front of my broken seat fairly quick. The construction outside the place added to the... More

My wife and I went to John Mayer on 3/31. The arena was clean and was easily accessed from our hotel. It didn't appear that there was a bad seat in the place and he sounded great.

We were here for the Friday, March 10th Garth Brooks concert. I have to say, we were very pleased with our seats in Section 106, row F....which is to the left of the stage looking at it, and up just a bit. I have included a couple photos for reference. We would always pick the stadium seating over the floor... More

We went for the Garth Brooks concert, which was great. The venue is under construction so everyone is forced to go in at one place, which kinda sucks when there are 20,000 people trying to get in at once. Also they could use more bathroom facilities, once again when everyone is trying to get to the same place at the... More
