I had the privilege of 4 wonderful dives with Whitetip Divers this week. Angelique and Hugo were our guides, and took us to beautiful sites (Ave Maria, Coral Garden, Red Point). They were super-professional, patient, and very friendly. Excellent equipment, great boat (and skipper!), and perfect location (literally 5-10 mins from beautiful sites). Definitely recommended when diving in Praslin and the surrounding islands. See you next time Whitetip! :-)…

We did two dives today with Whitetip. We rented their equipment which all was in great condition. Boat trip to the dive site was rough which is mostly season, while underwater conditions were good. Angelique was our dive master; she’s a supernice person and great underwater guide. Sharks, turtles, octopus and loads of colorful small fishes and beautiful coral - we saw it all!…

We discovered Whitetip Divers via our hotel in Praslin and we are so happy that we did. Angelique runs a very professional centre, all of the equipment was high quality and just as importantly, everyone was super friendly. It was my wife’s first time diving and she was a little apprehensive about going. All I can say is that Angelique was a perfect, very considerate and patient instructor. After a bit of practice in the pool we headed out to a stunning dive spot just 10 minutes away and had a beautiful dive (even managed to see the famous Whitetip shark). Thank you Angelique and the whole team - we will definitely be back to dive with you again! …

We took diving for beginners course in this center, overall experience was positive however it needs some improvement. Positive parts: 1- They took us from our hotel and then they drove us back for free. This was really helpful and we really appreciate it. 2- Diving equipments seemed all solid and good quality. 3- They had a swimming pool so you could try there before you start to dive. 4- Most of staff were friendly. 5- Diving location was very nice, we saw sharks and a lots of fish. Cons: 1- The course could have been organized better. After our instruction we had to wait almost 50 minutes for the boat to come back so we could start our dive. Also when we were done we had to wait another 30 minutes in the boat. That day was extremely rainy which makes waiting less pleasant and we know that the weather was not their fault but these waiting times could have been organized better. 2- Our instructor was a bit impatient and unfriendly. My partner was anxious and the instructor was very impatient with him instead of helping him to calm down. Worth mentioning though during the dive the instructor was with him under the water all the time which we appreciate it. However the attitude of instructor was unhelpful sometimes. 3- The actual diving was very short. We dived around 20 minutes only. We were expecting more. …

We did two nice dives today. Staff was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Licence checks taken seriously. The equipment is very ok. The boat suitable for the short trips. The dive sites worthwhile to go. Small snack and water between the dives. Pickxup at the hotel anywhere on the island is atandars and on time. A bit more warmth and fun would do well and make you come back. Imduly recoomend this dive base.…
