During my vacation days in Seychelles I was stationed at the East Coast but I made a point to visit as many beaches as possible. Anse Takamaka was one such beach on the west coast which was amazing. I found the sea a little rough...More

Barring the reefs underwater, the beach is a perfect getaway. recommend to wear reef shoes here. Judes food truck outside is recommended, especially the Banana cake which his mom prepares daily..

The south beaches are amazing, really beautiful. You can find a private beach easly. Don't forget to take water and food with you because there is nothing there besides the beach and crabs :)

This is the perfect beach. Spectacular views especially of the sunset. Snorkeling out to the left is really a treat; turtles, rays, eels, and plenty of colourful fish. Stick to the middle of the beach for entry to avoid the rocks. The left of the...More

Even if it's often complicated to swim at Anse Takamaka (left part of the beach), it's one of the perfect beaches that you can find in the Southwest of the island (the most beautiful and wild area on Mahé). Exceptional at the sunset, there's no...More

Beach is really awesome especially after high tide. At high tide beach gets very narrow. You can do snorkeling and see plenty of fish, sting rays, turtles etc.

Fantastic site for make snorkeling in the left side of the beach in front of the restaurant, it's very easy to find some shells and corals on the shore. You can arrive in this beach by bus or with a rental car.

One of the most beautiful coastlines I have ever been to. The bluest waters washing over the whitest sands. The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make this a really unforgettable place to visit.
