Francois has been doing the tour for 20 years, is Seychellois and grew up on the island. He speaks German, is very funny and shows you places that not everyone knows. It is worth it in any case.

Very good family friendly Beach Anse Royale
We drove from Eden Island past the airport to the Beach and first stopped on the left side which was no so nice and crowded. So my partner walked to have look to the other site and find very nice calm clean ocean without seaweeds Beach. The weather was do Nice and the color of the ocean was breathtaking. Very good for Kids as there is no deep water for long distance from the Beach So it is safe and on February wasnt any big waves just nice white powder sand and very warm ocean recommend highly…

Nice beach but we enjoyed nearby Fairyland more. Parking, food,
Long Beach with parking and nearby restaurants. It has shades of blue water and fine sand but not the huge boulders that you see at nearby Fairyland. Surrounded by green foliage, pretty but there are so many beaches with the massive boulders, this one didn’t stand out to me.

Really nice place, there are lots of cheap eateries, you can get to Anse Royale by local bus. The bus stop is only a few steps to the beach. Lots of glorious sunshine and shade for when the temperatures get too high! If you are visiting the Seychelles I would recommend this as a place to stay, very central.…

Perfect view and water
The beach is amazing, the water crystal clear and great for snorkeling. We really loved the views and everything and went there a couple of times despite the fact that there were possible pickpockets there. My advice would be to keep your belongings safe and enjoy.

VERY GOOD BEACH AND NOT REAL CROWDED
We were trying all different beaches during our 9 days on the island and swam and snorkeled on this beach at least 4 times. It is very calm, as the reef is far out and breaks all the waves. Snorkeling was good with many fish species to see, even while raining.
