Some textile might be a bit pricey, as some were not locally made in Medan and imported from other various parts of Indonesia. You may find cheaper garment if you travel to Bandung instead.

Cheaper than another place. Just take becak from Soechi international Hotel (RP15,000) or u just can walk and take 10 minutes

A great place to buy telekung or hijab worn during prayers though I suspect prices in Jakarta would be lower. Nevertheless, Malaysian women would enjoy visiting this place.
