Whenever I went in Bukittinggi, I always end up on this clock tower. I think it's because this place like a square, center of everything in town. It's kind a proof that you already visited Bukittinggi. Take a selfie!

We passed here on our visit to the area. We did not spend a lot of time here other than take a photo. There were areas that you can sit and enjoy the area.

If you come to bukit tinggi. You must visit the Clock Tower ( Jam Gadang ) . But so difficult find car park.

It's just an old colonial clock tower from the Dutch colonial era, standing alone in the middle of the public park. However, it is the icon of this city. The place is too crowded in the weekends.

Yes, It's called Plaza Bukittinggi and is almost directly in fronto of Jam Gadang-- the Clock. Anchor Store is Ramayana and multiple smaller shops inside
