Excellent!

What a view! One of my favorite spots in Bandung. Yes, early is best if you want to beat the crowds. But in the afternoon, when there's not a cloud in the sky and the sun hits that ridge just right, these hills sing!

come here only on sunrise or sunset
Dec. 2019
a nice place to see sunrise or sunset in bandung. They have repaired the road here so you can have safe and comfortable travel.

Onyl for foreigners, they have different prices. so it best if you think about it first.

Well worth a visit
Aug. 2019 • Friends
Part of the fun is the ride up the steep road to the entrance. The road is now paved. It’s a breathtaking view of the crack in the earth’s crust. Great viewing point and do take your drone. They say early morning is best before the smog and mist clouds the view. It has clean and safe walkways and no hustlers.

Awesome Sea of Clouds at Tebing Keraton
Aug. 2019 • Couples
Woke up at 4am and after 30 minutes drive, we arrived at foot of Cihargem. After 1.8km of uphill hike, I reached the ticket booth and paid IDR 55,000 for the ticket to enter Tebing Keraton.

Tebing Keraton can be simply interpreted as "The Royal Cliff”. At 1,300 meters above sea level, Tebing Keraton is located within Tahura Djuanda. At the main area, there is a rock that bulges over the edge of the cliff which makes it a perfect place to observe over the incredible natural surroundings. Discovered in the mid 2014, the people around Cihargem are familiar with the cliff which was initially called Cadas Jontor meaning “The Bulging Rock”, but was later given the new name of Tebing Keraton to better illustrate its majestic landscape.

Tebing Keraton is also famous among cyclists who love to challenge. I doubt I will be able to cycle up to the peak without pushing my bicycle. I had my breakfast at this stall by the name of Bubur Gowes. This is also the place where all the cyclists gather for coffee and porridge before or after their ride. This delicious bowl of bubur cost just IDR 23,000.

Catching sunset
Jan. 2019 • Couples
You can't drive the car up. You have to park at the carpark down then pay the motorcyclist there to bring you up. Or you could easily just take a walk and hike up. You get to enjoy the view of tea plantation. Usually there will be quite a group waiting for sunrise. If you're lucky and it's not foggy, the sunrise is quite a view.

Beautiful view
Oct. 2018 • Friends
The hike towards the cliff is well worth it. We walked all the way up there and didn't rent a motorbike, but you could cover most of the uphill path by scooter if you wish, for the exorbitant price of 10$. And this is for a bike which may not have the best brakes (so watch out on the steep way down). The hike is rewarded by a beautiful view. Try and go early in the morning so it's not too hot. Sunrises are magnificent, but then, you need to leave Bandung around 3:30 am.

Great view!
Aug. 2018 • Friends
We managed to get some great photos at the top, before the clouds set in.

If your luck is good and you have a clear view, then it’ll be worth the visit!

Just a cliff
Oct. 2018 • Solo
Do not have high expectation of this place. About 17-20 km alway from Harris hotel where I stayed, and it took me about 45 minutes to reach there on Saturday morning by car. The last section is either you take a motorbike ride up which you have to pay (I think it is expensive, Rp 50,000 for just 2km of distance) or you can take a short walk, in order to reach the cliff.
I had chosen the latter. It turned out to be rewarding because along the way I can enjoy the scenery of countryside, the farm lands, farm houses at the valley, etc.
Good scenery at the cliff area and you can enjoy a good view of the city. Other than this view nothing much at this cliff area. Some paths for short walking but not so extraordinary. For me, visit once is enough.

insurance cannot work when I got the slippery accidental from the stairs.
Jun. 2018 • Friends
I used to love this places when it used to be natural not too much fence an bricks for the way. also when I got my self slipped from the stairs and got some big scars of blood, I complained for the insurance we have to pay before entering the place, but they couldn't give a proper help or at least keep the aid tool there, the officers said if I want to go to hospital I have to pay it by myself first then can get the rembers or returned money. but then what if someone there is dying because of accident or even fall? this insurance thing should be handled more aware.
