Don't Expect Too Much
Jun. 2021
The reality is far below expectations. The area is seedy and has lots of beggars lining the streets, especially at night. Visit during the day is slightly better. Not much shops are open.

Overhyped
Apr. 2021 • Family
We were visiting Braga Street in hope for street delight and street view, but we were a bit dissapointed in here. The street were too crowded. Definitely not recommended for family gathering with kids. Parking space were very limited. The street somehow feel slum and dark. I don't think I am going back to here anytime soon.

Interesting Colonial Architecture
Dec. 2019
Jalan Braga, while not as storied as Jalan Asia Afrika, has fared unfortunately similarly in the decades since its colonial past. While the historical architecture is interesting to look at, the traffic, hawkers and pollution are a constant distraction. I was disappointed in the lack of nightlife available.

The historical street with Europe ambience along the street. It has so many cafes, restos and bars to spend the time with friends or family..

Restaurants and Art Shops.
Mar. 2020 • Friends
We went at midday and had a nice meal at a Sundanese place. The street is full of restaurants and a few art shops with paintings but not much else. I was disappointed.

Interesting street with art deco architecture
Feb. 2020
This is an interesting street filled with restaurants, cafes, traditional bakery and paintings. Remember to look up and admire the architecture. Feel like being transported to a different era.

Must visit!
Feb. 2020 • Couples
Braga City Walk is near other landmarks, hence, this is a good place for a Bandung City Tour.

Braga City walk is just walking distance from the Grand Mosque, Aisa-Africa Conference Museum, and the St. Peter Cathedral.

There are a lot of shops and restaurants along Braga Street. You just choose that which you fancy.

Better to visit around 3pm. You can start at the Asia-Africa Conference museum so that by 4pm, it would no longer be so hot/sunny to walk around Braga.
