Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is one of the beaches that make up the near 5km long Sanur Beach and waterfront area. It is located near the Northeast end features a variety of eateries, beach market and sea turtle conservation centre. There are places with lounge chairs and what appears to be good swimming conditions. The main promenade passes by making for easy access to other beaches to the south and west that also make up the entire Sanur Beach.

Many businesses in area have close over pandemic e.g., on Sindhu St leading to beach.
Beach has interesting rock groynes worth a walk and selfie if you’re inclined.
Fear this area will become on my to avoid list given that monstrous construction
of shopping mall and resort next to beach.
Will look more to central & south Sanur in future.

It is a pleasant experience to come here and take your children to simply play in the sand or bathe on the beach because the beach is kept in such good condition that it is always packed on the weekends.

Be careful of the money exchange at the beach line and on the street that goes to the beach. Those 2 money exchange places tried to cheat and present 7000 IDR like it was 70000...
Here are the location of those 2 places.

Really an extension of Sanur Beach with a broad sandy area between buildings and sea. Plenty of activities underway by the time we arrived. A number of groynes have been constructed to serve as barriers to large waves and a footpath runs the length of the beachfront. Very similar facilities to Sanur Beach.

The beach and restaurants are fantastic. What completely ruined it was the market stall ladies, they came from all directions and got really close. We are very good at saying no but these ladies were something else. At this moment in time we’re sitting in a café planning our escape, the best plan we have is my husband desperately needs a poop so hopefully they’ll run away 🤪😂

The stretch of beach formed part of a long walk and it was great to see it again. Previously we have stayed in the area but we were much further away this time so it was nice to be back.

It is very busy in places and there seems to be a lot of renovation that has got rid of one or two of the beach clubs. Nevertheless, they’re still places you can rent beach furniture to relax and enjoy the sea breezes.

Plenty of eateries is around as well so they really is something for everyone and now they have widened the path. It really is a lot better..

Not many people, great view, cafe nearby, most of all, you can see lots of diverse fish when you’re snorkling here. Don’t need to go far, just go to the point where seaweed is long enough. There are even some big fishes.

The is a wonderful boardwalk with many eateries and beautiful beaches....hard to beat. Can rent a chair if you want to swim. Some restaurants let you use chair on the beach for free if you order food or a drink.f
