I had a great morning with Irma and Wati, starting with a visit to the market before heading to the cooking school. We had a light breakfast before getting started with the cooking and eating! 6 different meals and a dessert, all the Indonesian favourites. The class went at a good pace with lots of participation by us. Can’t wait to get home and try out the recipes that they give you in the book at the end.…

This was an amazing experience. Our transfer from and to Kuta was arranged. We met at the morning market, Sanur, to buy our ingredients. Then back to a private villa resort. We were served a lovely breakfast of banana pancake and coffee and juice. Then into the Bamboo Shoots Cooking hut. We made everything from scratch. Wati and Irma were beautiful instructors, very attentive and organised and so sweet. The colours and smells and flavours had our senses invigorated . What a beautiful way to learn about Bali. Fantastic! Learnt so much, enjoyed every moment, kids had a blast! Food was absolutely amazing. Hotel pick up / drop off. Markets tour, breakfast and a fulfilling lunch. Thank you.
