Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A beautiful waterfall, had the whole place to ourselves and I felt the path to get there wasn't too difficult. We did this as part of an independent tour.

A must see falls not to far to walk maybe 15mins but can be steep walking back up, well worth the visit, no guide needed.

This is an excellent activity. So beautiful and not at all crowded. 470 steps down and 470 up (yes, we counted!)

It’s worth wearing running shoes rather than flip flops or sandals. It’s not an easy walk down, I wouldn’t like to take young children or anyone with poor mobility. If you have moderate fitness and don’t mind pushing yourself a bit then just do it. It is simply wonderful.

Bring a towel and some swimming stuff and a snack for energy on way up.

Can’t wait to go back!

A long walk down through beautiful area, the waterfalls are very nice and it is a very nice place to enjoy for a while, the way back is a serious walk up but all worth it.

It's easy accessible and right between banyu wana amertha and banyumala waterfalls so easy to combine them. We were alone around 3pm. Not the biggest one but beautiful location. And most of all no scams yet but very kind locals. Absolutely recommend.

For 15,000 Rupiah ($1.50) you can help out the local community and hike down a well kept 10min track to the Pucak Manik Waterfall. Where you'll find a little table and chairs perfect to picnic on. There is no pool at the bottom like git git but standing under the stream is very refreshing.
